I worked specifically with Michael Hammond at the Customer Service desk we have a moderate sized project going with tubs, tiles, faucets, and other fixtures. Just cutting to the chase I messed up on my first order, and something went wrong on the second.... BUT my point is when things go wrong you really know if you are working with a good company and individual. Michael went above and beyond to make my order work get it done right. Thanks for the great service, which honestly is hard to find sometimes. I will be back to Standard and Michael for all my plumbing needs.

We own a local plumbing company and had an issue with being double charged, although the lady that handle’s the refunds was inconsiderate and dragged it on for seven full days, we called Eric at the Sandy location and he jumped right on it, he went above and beyond with our issue, we received our refund right away. Thank you. Eric, your kindness was greatly appreciated!

Bought a Tub and shower kit. The specialist that helped me found exactly what I needed and at a great price. There are so many choices. Go in knowing the look you want and you won't be overwhelmed.

Great customer service we had purchased a water heater there three years previous and a component went out on it. We thought we would have to wait for warranty parts, but they were able to give them to us right then the customer service is great here.

I purchased all the finish plumbing hardware for my new house under construction at Standard Plumbing Supply, Sandy. My daughter, an interior designer, helped me pick the items we needed. We were shown the options and 2 bids were prepared by Becca Lyon. She did a great job helping us understand the features, comparing products in the showroom, etc. She prepared 2 competing bids and we selected one after making a few adjustments. It was a good experience and would certainly go there again, if necessary.

Went to Sprinkler World today with a sprinkler line issue of how to make a connection that can be removed during winter. Jordan Castaldo was very helpful and solved the problem with some great ideas. Humble and knowledgeable. Great representative.

After about a week of searching online and through big box stores for a new Kohler trim color for our upstairs showers, my wife and I were at our wits’ end. On a last-minute stop to Standard Plumbing Supply, Ashley completely changed the game. A few photos and emails later, she had gone above and beyond—honestly, she might’ve just saved our marriage. All thanks to Ashley!

Lance back at the counter is the best. Knows his stuff and is super helpful. Even climbed down in the dumpster to remove some fittings off a water heater we had just exchanged. Top notch dude and service

I was STRUGGLING to find the correct faceplate for my particular shower and Erik W. was able to step in and give me a hand! Purchased one right after our conversation -- can't recommend him/Standard Plumbing Supply enough, they saved me untold headache trying to find something that fit on my own. 10/10!

Standard air great guys they knowledge and friendliness excellent quality and quality of supplies in stock almost always and Justin and Sean have helped me with issues and trouble shooting there skills are A+ defiantly go there for your HVAC contractor supplies and equipment.

We send many of our customers to Mabel at Standard Plumbing so they can select their fixtures. She has been wonderful. She is very patient also when changes become necessary. Very deserving of 5 stars.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received at Standard Plumbing Supply in Sandy, Utah. Ashley and Michelle went above and beyond to help us locate and identify a hard-to-find shower part that’s no longer available. They even arranged for it to be brought to our local store so we didn’t have to go to another location to pick it up.

Amanda went above and beyond to help me with my Rheem water heater. She tracked down the parts I needed quickly (chamber sensor kit and gas valve), placed my order over the phone and put the parts outside for me. That may sound funny but my family is sick with COVID and I didn’t want to go into the store and risk getting anyone sick. Her customer service was outstanding! 😎
