Chad was FANTASTIC!! Our basement flooded, Chad came to our house and re-installed the carpet with new padding, shampooed the carpet after and even shampooed our stairs. Chad and Ethan cleaned the carpets at our house and did an amazing job. They were very professional and handled the job with ease. If they had concerns or questions, they were quick to communicate with me so that they could make the correct decision with the information given.

Just had Juan Batalla and his team finish up my home. Now waiting for paint to dry. He was fantastic and quick. It only took 2 days for him to finish up my open walls from the water damage that i sustained. The process definitely took a longer than anticipated. We went through some bumps in the beginning with multiple changes in project managers which was really frustrating because no one knew what was going on and some fall through on their part to keep me informed with some other situations. The new project manager mike was so much better to work with. He called and made sure i was getting taken care of and returned my calls when i had questions. service from their technician that he sent out was so amazing. Thanks juan!

Restoremasters came to my house to assess damage from a plumbing accident, and I had a great experience! Chad was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and he made me feel safe and comfortable despite being a young woman and the only one in the house. He did his job quickly and made friendly conversation with me afterwards, including updating me on the condition of the house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for experienced and professional restoration technicians.

Brian was alone on the job and did good work getting the sheetrock cut out and insulation removed. He pulled up the flooring and vacuumed up any standing water- he worked on the window the water came through extensively. He set up fans and dehumidifier and had a friendly positive demeanor while doing so. He answered all my questions with a smile and had a helpful attitude.Thanks Brian.

We had some flooding in our basement and restore masters were great about checking for wet areas, replacing damaged dry wall and replacing our carpet pad. They were responsive and got us on the schedule and communicated really well and their prices were extremely reasonable. Loved working with Chad, Jr and Brian.

I have had a water/sewage backup in our basement and Restoremasters has been above and beyond incredible getting us through things.

Trey, Lizandro, Dyllan, Otis, among a few others have been at our residence cleaning up the mess, cutting out the affected drywall and carpet, and helping move furniture including a terribly large treadmill from the basement. Throughout all of it, they have all been extremely professional, on time, upbeat, respectful and friendly to our home, and both my girlfriend, my dog, and myself.

The estimating and team coordinating the drywall, paint, carpet, etc. (Mark G and John C) have been phenomenal and supportive, and pick up every time we call, which I can admit I do frequently. We can’t say enough great things. Dyllan and Otis just wrapped up helping with the treadmill today. I personally wanted to hang out and help with some of the things, and very much enjoyed getting to know these guys. Although they didn’t let me do much to help, I think that speaks volumes to their service. Thank you, team!!

Called Restoremasters due to having water damage from a leak and needing to have mitigation and repair work done. They have been quick, super friendly, and helpful throughout the process so far. I've also felt no pressure or scare tactics like other companies to try to lock in our business which I am very grateful for!

Jr. came to do our quote and he was very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and was great at explaining what he was doing and seeing with the damage. He gave me advice and options on moving forward and let us know how to do the mitigation if we wanted to do it on our own but then was also able to give us a quote if they did the work. In which we went with them! So very grateful for his willingness to help and make sure we were informed about the process.

Chad and Otis came to do the mitigation work and were amazing!! They were very friendly and knowledgeable! They also were very respectful of the house and Otis even shoveled some snow in the driveway (thank you and so sorry!) because they didn't want to track any into the house. I feel like they went above and beyond in their work!

Evan and Eduard helped check on the process of the mitigation work and were great! Evan helped take a look at our shower to check for any additional water damage and was very helpful and let me know that I could contact them if we found any mold. He was great with the cats!

Austin patched up the dry wall, cleaned up the area, painted and did such a great job! We did end up having additional mold and water damage found while we were getting our upstairs shower demo'd and he helped get that all cleaned up, treated and sealed the same day. Yet again another animal friendly person and was very kind!

This is a great company with great people!! I was very worried about the water damage and mold and each person that has helped us had great advice, was very friendly and helpful and really did a lot to soothe my worries. Thank you!!

We had water damage and these guys were amazing! Good prompt customer service. Every person that came to work on the house was excellent. Brian was super in his work and finished product. I would highly recommend him, and the company to help with disaster clean up.

Unfortunately, my basement flooded on Labor Day Weekend. I didn't think I could get anyone out to help clean up, but 2 hours after I called, Austin and Spencer arrived. We are in Heber City, so for them to get here that quickly was amazing! They were very courteous and professional. Clean up didn't take long at all. Thanks for your assistance!

We asked restore masters to demo our secondary bathroom as an add-on to another job. They demolished and cleaned the bathroom in four hours, from prep to demo to clean up. Astonishing!! Super professional land kind. The lead was Steven and his helper was equally awesome. Five stars! Great value, great service, great communication across the board.
