Ken is EXCELLENT!!! If we could give 20 stars we would. He has helped us with our own heating and air conditioning as well as a swamp cooler at our rental unit. He is more thorough and helpful than anyone we have ever had. He is just a great guy. He knows what he is doing! His cost is extremely fair. We are so glad we learned of him. We highly recommend him.

Chill Heating and Air is hands-down the most reliable HVAC company I’ve worked with. Their communication was clear, they arrived exactly when they said they would, and the quality of their work was excellent. They took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. It’s rare to find a company that’s both honest and highly skilled—Chill Heating and Air is truly both. I recommend them without hesitation.

He is so knowledgeable that he can easily figure out what part has gone out, or if something just needs cleaning. I’ve used Ken for HVAC work at both my current home and my former condo, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s reliable, knowledgeable, and consistently does excellent work.

I wish I could give Ken and his crew at Chill more than five stars because they absolutely deserve it! I have a lot to say about the great things that Ken has done for me and my family. First, he has installed all the HVAC and other systems in both my home and my parents home over the years and we have been so happy with his work. Additionally, when there have been any issues or on the rare occasions, something happens where we need immediate maintenance, Ken has always been quick to respond and fix the issue. His pricing is wonderfully reasonable, especially compared to all of the other competition in the market. I couldn't recommend Ken and crew more and I'm so grateful that I have his contact saved in my phone!
