Anthony showed up (early even) as expected & had my clogged kitchen sink cleared within an hour. Very professional, quick & reasonably priced. I will use ReScope again!

Professional and friendly. Gave me rough estimate over the phone which is nice as so many want to show up and gouge you for whatever they can. (I’ve had people quote in person $1000 to clear a drain- ridiculous!). Job was for as quoted and did a little extra caulk at no charge. Awesome! Honesty and fairness has won me over. I’ll be giving them my next business.

Anthony was great. He is helping me with a leaky shower faucet and leaky water heater and we are working with Choice Home Warranty. Choice Home Warranty is very difficult.

Eric W. showed up on time and throughly explained the process he had to do to ensure the repair was done right. He respected our home by wearing a mask during this pandemic and protective shoe coverings. The price was fair and I will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Eric the rep finished up early with some of his other jobs - came early. He was very honest and checked many things to make sure we have the right diagnosis. Didn't feel like I was being sold on anything and even suggested ways I could do it my self.

Benjamin Wells was very cordial and took time to explain the work he was doing and suggestions for future improvements to the plumbing system. Clean up was very good, which was a pleasant change from most contractors I've dealt with.

Anthony found a leak and I wasn't happy. I was a little reactive and rude, but Anthony did everything he could to fix the issue and was kind and professional, even though I was not. I regret that I was rude. It really says a lot though that Anthony didn't just ignore me and write me off, instead he came and fixed the issue and made me feel much more comfortable.

We had a faucet that was broken. Anthony tracked down the part that had to ultimately get specialty made, and came back to the house on 3 different occasions to troubleshoot and make sure we were taken care of. He went out of his way even when it required more of his time. Thank you for world class service and work.

Anthony and Travis were nice and helped us installing the water softener. They picked the water softener up from Home Depot for me and they were on time to show up on my house and did the job great and fast.

Found Rescope on thumbtack for a home improvement job. After using them for a few minor piping moves and being happy with their flexibility and work we had them Install some faucets, toilets, water heater and soft water system. Would highly recommend Eric. He is professional, makes sure things are planned out, correctly installed and then checks and verifies everything to make sure it is working as it should be.

I’ll recommend others to reach out and use Eric in the future.

I found ReScope through Thumbtack and they were very quick to respond and schedule a day for the services requested. On the day of the repair, Eric was great--good communication, talked through the whole process, and gave me options on how to resolve the issue. All in all great service!

I thought I needed a new water heater due to some volatility in our hot water. Anthony helped me see that the problem was likely not the water heater, but something much less expensive. It built a ton of trust and I really appreciated the honest and intelligent approach!
