Emily and Zach at Utah Mechanical were fantastic to work with, professional, prompt, and clearly knowledgeable. They showed up on time, got the job done efficiently, and even took the time to explain a few things to me along the way, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find a team that’s both skilled and personable! Highly recommend UMS for any HVAC needs!!!!

Emily was very pleasant to deal with on the scheduling, and the communication was very good, our original scheduled appointment had to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances but they told us well in advance, re scheduled and got us taken care of. Zach was very professional and did an awesome job explaining things to my wife. Unfortunately she couldn't explain it well back haha but its okay. I utilize UMH with our construction business as well they are awesome to work with!

Nate gave us a prompt and great service. He gave us a detailed explanation of the problem and solution.

Matthew came and did a tune up and replaced some insulation on the outdoor AC equipment. He was on time and efficient. Very professional and friendly. We definitely recommend this company! We have used them before and they have always been great to work with.

Zach and Emily are awesome! Very punctual and honest. He serviced my AC unit and was very honest on my small repair. Instead of trying to upsell me on a whole new system, he recommended replacing 2 parts. Most hvac companies would have pushed a whole new system to make more money. Love the integrity and honesty. I’m a customer for life for that very reason. I also own a real estate company and now will be recommending them to all my clients because of their integrity. You can’t beat their professionalism and integrity. 5+ stars for them!

My ac went out on a Sunday, they came out and got it up and running quickly. The prices were way less than I expected for a late night Sunday visit, also they came out on a late night Sunday! They were professional, kind, personable, efficient. They were able to fix the unit even in the dark. I'd highly recommend this company.

A year later another part of our heater broke. Nate came out and fixed it. He stayed late to make sure it was done and also found it was under a warranty with the original installer and saved us a lot of money on parts. Nice guy. He did a great job.

Nate did a great job finding the leak and replacing the pipe quickly.

Zach was awesome. He came earlier than expected. He had care and concern for our well-being. He went the extra mile and drove an hour round-trip just to get the part and get us taken care of the same day. He’s very personable fun to talk to and got the job done very impressed. I highly recommend him to anyone and would use him again.

We used UMS after our 20+ year old central air system stopped working. They were fantastic. They were very detailed in describing our available options and they walked us through all the choices. Zach, Emily and Matt were very easy to work with. Their install team was very professional. And when there was a slight issue after the install, UMS went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and everything was resolved. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

While I haven't used this company's services I would like to say that the owner is top notch. My son recently graduated from high school and is considering a career in HVAC. The owner spent a lot of time answering all our questions and went above and beyond with their time and information. If I ever need HVAC I'd be sure and call this company as I can tell they are genuinely good people.

I submitted a claim through My home warranty program. They were very responsive, contacting me almost immediately, once I filed the claim. They followed up to make sure I was happy and the work was done within 48 hours. They are very easy to work with and had great communication and customer service!
