We have Kelly for over 20 years. I have referred Kelly to many and they were all very Happy with their service and pricing. We recently another "TV advertising Gerhart approved companies" come in to do the preseason inspection. They said I needed to replace both of our furnaces immediately. I called Kelly and he sent tech to inspect my furnaces. Yes, the furnaces are older, but working well. They will will fail and need be replaced, but it will likely be many years. I was charged $0 by Kelly. The other guys charged me a "discounted" $80 per unit for nothing but a bait and switch to trick me into buying equipment I do not need yet. Thanks Kelly.

Super happy with the service provided by Kelly's! Salesman Jay Alfonso seemed to be very honest and seemed to want the sale over a higher commission. He definitely helped us make the right decision, along with very competitive pricing.

We had a super friendly installer (Todd) help us put a mini-split into our master bedroom. He and his son really went above and beyond knocking out all the weeds in our side-yard which I wasn't expecting (they were 5 feet tall and couldn't be pulled out by hand). They took into consideration our super-strict Daybreak HOA and made it look like a normal gutter from the outside.

Normally our bedroom gets 5-10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house so it makes it incredibly difficult to sleep without cranking on the whole house A/C. Even with the whole house A/C set to 72 I still can't sleep. For about 7 years in this house, we used a Whynter 14,000 BTU window unit which we cut two holes in the house so we could you use it without having to open our weird windows, but it only cooled the 200 sq. ft. room down an extra 5 degrees to whatever the rest of the house was set to. This meant I had to set the whole house A/C to 72 for us to get the room to about 67 which was acceptable for me but not ideal for sleeping, and of course I also turned on the ceiling fan for extra coolness.

This unit (Daikin 18,000 BTU 17 SEER 1.5 ton) easily gets the whole room down to below 59 degrees, even when it is over 100 degrees outside! Within about an hour of turning it on, I have no problem sleeping with or without the ceiling fan on. But I turn on the ceiling fan because the cold never bothered me anyway. Let it go MFs! It makes it feel an extra 5-10 degrees cooler when I use the fan, too. This morning it got down to 54 degrees. The high today was 100 degrees for reference. I think when the whole house A/C happens to crack on later in the morning, it makes the room even cooler than the usual 59 degrees it gets to, which is why it's gotten to 54 degrees the past two mornings in a row. Now we can set the whole house A/C to our preferred daytime temperature of 76, while only cooling off one room instead of the whole house which hopefully will help us save money in the long run. But even if it doesn't, it's still my favorite thing waking up to the cold. In the winter, we sleep with the window open but believe it or not, when my room gets down to 45 degrees it's a little too cold even for me. 50-60 is just right.

Also: consider a purple mattress if you hate sleeping hot. We have a foam mattress which normally sleeps really hot even with the Whynter unit on all night AND the whole house A/C set to 72 AND the ceiling fan on. With the Daikin, our Tempurpedic gets cold and hard and stays that way all night. I wake up to a hard, cool bed which is better for my three bulging discs in my back.

I was referred to Kelly's through my neighbors that highly recommended them. They had had good experiences and so did I. My 20+ year old units needed replacing and they did everything they promised to do and beyond! They promised they would have it done in a day and it was. The pricing was exactly as they quoted. When a minor related issue needed to be addressed two weeks after the fact they came and fixed it the same day. I highly recommend Kelly's for your HVAC needs!

My elderly parents needed a new furnace. Kelly’s came out and installed it. They came quickly, were less expensive than their other bids and very knowledgeable. My parents were so pleased with their work and professionalism!

I recently had issues with my air conditioning and these guys really helped me and my family. They went above and beyond! Within a few hour our air conditioning was working again!!! I did compare prices and these guys were less money and overall better than the competition! I definitely TRUST Kelly's Heating and Cooling and I will refer them to everyone. Our A/C went out and Todd with Kellys Heating and Cooling was able to make it out within 24 hours quickly solved the issue and changed the parts needed on scene and saved the day!!! 10/10 recommend best HVAC service I have received. Very quick, employees are really friendly, very responsive, and doesn’t try to upsell or tell you, you need a new system. 🙌
