In-depth knowledge of our situation, they explained my options and let me choose the best course of action. Even went above and beyond, remove a big old pile of tires. The people that work here are just rude and awful

Terrible drivers

Yeah you guys push snow at my apartment complex. Damaged my vehicles and left me with the bill.

Truck 15 snow plow driving with emergency lights on is annoying. Need to train better. Also they need to lear. To drive responsibility, why are they so pushy and in a huge rush?

I've tried speaking with out apartments and this issues hasn't been resolved. Actually my last review was taken down from your reviews . You're company comes to Woodgate every Monday and doesn't completely clean up the grass. The workers just blow it in the hallways. I thought after posting a review last week maybe yesterday would have been different and the grass wouldn't have been blown though the hallways . I watch the person with the leaf blower just take all the grass from walk ways and sidewalks and blow it straight into the hallways and keep going . Very frustrating to have to clean up after your company weekly when your company is getting paid to complete the job.

You guys have no idea on how to take care of yards. The grass looks worse after you "mow". There are always areas that don't get mowed, trimmed, etc. You just zip through wanting to get done quickly. Cant get sprinklers working correctly either. Hopefully where I live wont use you next year. If I could give a quarter star I would. You guys suck.........

Just sitting at the gas station pumps not pumping gas with a line of others who do want to get fuel because they want to sit under the canopy. Go find an actual shade spot where you won’t waste other peoples time. If this is their mentality, “lazy” then I would never hire them. Truck#22

Your company has been the only one servicing this property the entire time I've lived here. There have been other examples that I have chosen to not to list on previous visits. I never disclosed what property I live at, so to tell me you just picked up the contract last week, in fact sir, is far from the truth. The people that do come, are clearly not trained in basic landscaping and keeping skills, nor how to effectively use the equipment they casually toss in the truck bed when they think they've the job done. While I don't directly pay your company for this lack of qualified and quality employees, the amount of rent that is charged, does pay for it.
I appreciate your response, albeit an attempt to placate my eyes with wool, but don't patronize me with claims that I know are not honest.

This company services the property I live at. Every time they come, they do a quarter of the work that used to be done. The last visit today all they did was mow the back property and run the leaf blower. The person spraying for pests did almost nothing effective. They had packed up and left in about 15 minutes. The interior of the property has not been effectively serviced in over 6 months and they were parked illegally.

One of the recent reviewers here stated that these guys just toss landscaping equipment back into their truck, and I can confirm because I was driving (with my kids!!!) behind these guys today when a WEEDWACKER FLEW OFF THE TRAILER and shattered on the road RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Your company just dodged a giant bullet by 20 feet. Do better.
