Great experience, professional and went above and beyond. My furnace went out late on Friday and they came out that night to assess the issue then came back Saturday to complete the repair. Highly recommend!

Richar was incredibly kind when we had a fuse blown on our furnace on a Sunday. He came out and fixed it along with installing a new smart thermostat!

Richard was able to come same day. Fixed my a/c, took less than an hour. Was a good experience.

I had a bad experience with the service provided by Richar. He looked into my Lennox broken furnace and said a couple of parts needed replacement, probably covered under warranty by the manufacturer. He said to call them and order the parts, charged me $60 and left. As it turns out, only HVAC certified contractors can order the components to submit for warranty with Lennox, which I learned on the phone with them. I asked Richar to help ordering the parts, but I got no response. Now I have to pay another company to diagnose again, order the parts, and install them. If you have a Lennox, and are within warranty, I suggest you go through one of the Lennox contractors or distributors.
