So many of my neighbors come by and visit this place of business .

Garden selection was perfect, I even caught the new products being taken off the truck. I found exactly what I needed and then bonus they had the part for the new grill my husband bought to make it work with Natural Gas.
The employees were very attentive and even showed me how to use the kit to fix the grill.

If you want good customer service, go to this Lowe's location. Top tier. The garden center is a great place to be. Don't shop anywhere else.

We love the store, always have what we need and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is awesome that they also have a military discount, just sign up for it online before using it in the store

First off I would love to commend the veterans parking up front just next to the handicap parking. Second of all I would love to express the exceptional cheerfulness from their customer service representatives. And I will definitely be continuing to return here this is now my new permanent home improvement store.

One lady in the garden area was super helpful and I would give her 5 stars!
Most of the plants were half dead which is super sad. Especially the hibiscus. I purchased sod which also turned out to be mostly dead. Hopefully I can bring it back to life.

Under staffed, untrained. In the garden shop to purchase 4 bags of mulch. Waiting in line to get to register, cashier was struggling with equipment. She was unable to process a single customer in over 10 minutes. The lined backed up 9 customer before a more years experienced team member arrived. Opened up another register. Processed first client to find register was out of tape.
Open third register and started to process customers, I was rung up and I went out and picked up my 4 bags.
You didn't make any Brownie points today.

It was difficult to find things in the garden center and the plants look pretty sad. The plants were also much more expensive than Home Depot or Smith.
