Kara and her family did an exceptional job on my roofand roofing repairs. They explained things really well and kept me in the loop. They took pictures to show me what was going on up there as they found more problems on the roof. They took care of the repairs. They suggested it was a perfect time to add insulation to the roof. They did a fantastic job putting on shingles. They went above and beyond by cleaning out the clogged debris on the awning rain gutters to protect the roof from water damage. They are so friendly and cheerful. I highly recommend them!

I came here to leave a great review for Kara, but after seeing her latest one, I’m inspired to leave an even better one! No matter what I throw her way, she always finds a solution. I really value how budget-conscious she is. She takes the time to seek out quality while securing the best deal. She never forgets a single item on my list, and I can always trust that everything will be handled efficiently and professionally.

I completely understand when there’s a delay in response! She’s working with multiple clients, not just me, and she still makes every effort to work around my schedule. I respect that she has a life, too, and I’ve never once felt brushed off or given the runaround. There’s never been a moment of dishonesty or doubt. Kara is the real deal, and I wouldn’t consider going to anyone else.

Kara and her team are truly amazing. We were recommended to try them based off a local facebook group and have never looked back. We have had her do major projects and minor fixes and have never been so excited to have such a great team to work with. Every experience is positive and her team is truly top notch. It is so nice to have found someone you can truly trust to work on our house. She makes you feel like a friend and is very reasonable with prices and turn around time for projects. This company gave vague timelines as to when they could rebuild the roof on our lean-to and shed, and when the timeline came and went, they offered no explanation or any updates on progress or delays, but instead offered to do a service that I explicitly told them (from the beginning) that we had hired someone else to do (because we needed it done sooner). They were also very slow to answer messages. When I complained about getting nothing but the run-around, they did not address my complaints and did not answer at all. They have given me nothing but the run-around and have been exceedingly dishonest with me, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
