Very professional and so glad they found time to fit me in! We had both a plumbing and furnace problem at the same time! So nice to get both fixed at the same time and quickly with one service call. They took the time to diagnose our furnace and quickly found our water leak. Very ethical, and reasonably priced. Will make rocket plumbing my new go to plumber and recommend to my friends/family!

‘Tis the season for unexpected repairs. Our hot water heater started leaking and had to be replaced just in time for Christmas. We called Rocket. Bill and Kyle came out and answered all of our questions. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and competitively priced which was a plus this time of year. They did a great job! Rocket Plumbing is AMAZING! I am so glad I found them. I had a furnace installed by another company several years ago and it never worked well and the house was always cold. The previous company said that it was my fault that the house was cold and said that I would need to upgrade parts for $2,000!! I called Rocket (they have done amazing plumbing work for me previously) and they checked out the heater and found that it was calibrated wrong as well as not being sealed properly which caused the heater to shut off constantly due to overheating. It works great now!!! AT A GREAT PRICE! The house is finally warm and our gas bill has gone down. Thank you so much. They do great work and are extremely honest. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Kyle and RJ came and swapped out our AC unit and were absolutely awesome! They were polite, knowledgeable, speedy with their work, and provided tons of info for after repair care! I will definitely be working with them for any heating, cooling, or plumbing needs!

Gave Rocket Plumbing a call and they responded right away and got to my needs very quickly. I had a busted pipe and needed swamp cooler services. Both Bill and Kyle came and I liked them immediately. They looked at the problems, gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable and got to work. These guys were quick, efficient, kind, knowledgeable, professional and just all around likable!! Our water softener wasn’t working properly and they came out to adjust the settings. They arrived at the scheduled time. They fixed our problem and explained what they did.

It was a miracle and blessing I came across Rocket Plumbing. I was in Standard Plumbing in need of help, and in walked Kyle. He not only installed a sink that I had already had two guys attempt to install, but he figured out a problem no one else even thought of, and fixed the water pressure in my home!! Today they came back and installed a new water softener, and expansion tank that was much needed. I didn't realize that after 15 years water softeners are no longer effective! Thanks to Rocket Plumbing. The will be my plumbing and heating guys from here on out. Thank you Rocket plumbing for being efficient, honest, and reliable!

Bill and Kyle were amazing! After a frustrating experience with another plumber, I called Rocket and they offered a same-day appointment. They made it out and had my problem fixed in an hour and charged a reasonable price (less than half what I was billed by the other company). Will absolutely work with these guys again! Could not recommend them enough!!!

Rocket Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning were very accommodating to taking my leaking water heater to HD for warranty replacement and installing the new one in record time. Their work and installation was excellent and so quick, I had my hot water back without missing any hot water activity. Bill and his sons were so courteous and friendly, I would hire them for any plumbing, heating, or A/C need I had.

Kyle did a wonderful job tearing out an old corrugated hose spigot and installing a new hose spigot and pex line for us. He arrived on time, was extremely courteous and treated our house like his own house. I highly recommend Kyle and Rocket Plumbing and Heating for all of your plumbing needs!

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Replaced a stop and waste valve for my sprinkler system. Used quality parts & did a quality job. Went the extra mile by replacing some worn PVC sprinkler piping and connections. Clean up & replacement of landscape rocks in their original place was excellent.

We have a water heater that is only 3.5 yrs old that stopped working. I called 4 different places to get an estimate. One told us the repair would be over 1,000 and we would likely end up waiting 5 days or more. Another said they wouldn’t work with a Rheem Home Depot water heater at all, and another said we should just replace it. I called Kyle at Rocket plumbing and he knew exactly how to fix it, was knowledgeable and kind, and his pricing was what I would have expected for a water heater repair. He came out the same day and had our water heater fixed in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be saving his number as our go to plumbing, heating and air guy. Thank you Kyle!!
