AMAZING!!! Honesty goes a long way in this business. Jeff Durfey with Jones Heating responded within minutes and was at our home in 30 minutes. He was quick to identify the issue. During the 'routine maintenance' by Whipple Service Champions, they failed to hook up one of the thermostat wires then claimed my furnace leaked CO2 and needed to be replaced (bidding over $6000). Whipple turned off the furnace, so I was forced to call in a specialist. I was suspicious of Whipple so I called Jones Heating. Jones Heating tested the thermostat, identified the lack of connection, stripped the wire and made the connection firm - all in about 20 minutes. They tested the CO2 and confirmed the furnace was operating appropriately. Its an old furnace, but still has life. Shame on Whipple -a bunch of fraudsters. Jones Heating has all my business! Honesty is key!

I was having trouble with my furnace "short cycling" and wasn't working. One of their technicians, Jeff Durphey, came and went to work. He quickly discovered the root of the problem, but soon recognized that there were other issues. I watched as he methodically went through a detailed process and fixed several issues. Jeff was professional and open about each step and explained what needed to be done and why. The furnace is running perfectly and the price was very reasonable. Jeff was excellent and punctual! Our A/C went out in the middle of summer and our house was 90 degrees he came out same day and installed a new motor he also helped us with the wiring our new wifi Honeywell thermostat. He provided great service and we will definitely be calling him back for any future services!

I turned my furnace on for the first time this year and it ran for about an hour. After it stopped coming on I checked it and noticed the pilot light was out. I tried lighting it and it wouldn't stay lit. So I replaced the thermocouple thinking that was the problem. Still wouldn't stay lit. I called another company (big mistake) to come out and the tech said it was the gas valve. Replaced that for $140.00 and it still wouldn't stay lit. A friend of mine suggested Jones Heating. JEFF came out and said the pilot hood was just dirty. Before long JEFF brought my 25 year old furnace back to life. JEFF was great ... very honest, personable, professional and competent. Having worked myself for close to 30 years in customer technical support for a major phone company, I know high quality service when I see it. You won't be making a mistake using Jones Heating and Air Conditioning.

Jeff Durfey is a fantastic service technician in the HVAC industry! He is knowledgable and honest with years of experience! I have had him do work on my home and referred him to others. He was also a third opinion on my client's air conditioner and found the wiring was done incorrectly (by what appears to have been another HVAC company!). If you want honest help, Jeff is one to call!

Basement furnace was very old and not working - knew it needed to be replaced. Someone was out the next day to evaluate and confirm. Very competative bid. Responded promptly to all texts and messages. Rob, Cole and Stryker did installation. They were SO professional, friendly and efficient. I am incredibly happy with the service I received and plan to recommend them to friends and family. Honest, nice people!

I have had several companies out to service my AC but found the service and professionalism from Jones Heating and Air Conditioning to be top of the line. Jeff was so awesome with getting right to the point of my problem and dealing with my insurance company 5 Star Service. Rob and Cole the technicians were so great to work with so understanding and working hard until the job was done and my house was cooling. Overall the best service. High five!! to the team

This was by far the best decision we made when looking to replace our Furnace. They are responsive and professional. They were able to come out within 24 hours and install a brand new furnace.Dion was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend using Jones Heating and Air if you live in Utah!!

I am happy that my boss referred me to this company. Our AC unit gave out in June and we've been getting by the last few months with fans and portable air conditioning units. Our furnace had a zip tie keeping a part on so if it popped out, our heater wouldn't work either, pipes were frosted, compressor for the AC was out...just an overall old unit that never was replaced or maintained by previous homeowner. We had bids from other companies ranging from $8k-10k...so I decided to call these guys. They communicated from day one with me. Scheduled an appt with Dion (hope that's right) and he came and checked out current unit and got measurements and set up our appt for installation 2 days later. He was super nice and felt bad that my kids and I were staying in the house this hot and made some schedule changes so that they could get us taken care of. The 2 workers that came were extremely professional and knew exactly what they were doing and it saved me over $2k-4k from other bids. I would gladly recommend this company if u need any repairs or installations. Our house went from 89°-91° almost everyday to now comfortable and cool. Thank you to Lamar. I had my 60+ year old furnace replaced with a new Lenox ML180V​​​​ Lennox Gas Furnace. Two extremely knowledgeable servicemen came out and did an excellent job installing my new furnace. Unlike other heating and air conditioning companies, Jones Heating & Air conditioning had the best price and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of financially. Good price, good service, who could ask for anything more.

I HIGHLY recommend "Jones Heating and Air Conditioning" enough for anything HVAC related. It was a nightmare trying to figure out my HVAC problem, and I am posting this because I am grateful for Jones. I hope others can use this company and save a lot of grief and money.

My furnace wasn't working, and I got a quote from My Buddy Plumber for a new electrical board for almost $1200. They said they would give me 40% off which brought the total to about $700.

I called Jones for a second opinion, and, without knowing the other bid, they gave me an honest price of $590. Jeff, the technician, was honest and straightforward. The whole situation was taken care of in 2 hours, which is about the same amount of time it took My Buddy to identify what could be the problem. It also took My Buddy a few days to get back to me with the potential discount.

I will be using Jones for my HVAC system from now on .

So, on the HOTTEST day on record our AC unit stopped. The inside of our house was about 90 degrees. We were recommended Jones Heating and AC from a friend and they came out the next morning (thank goodness). Our technician was Jeff who was so good! He didn't chastise me too much for not changing my filters (let's admit it they were disgusting). He diagnosed our issues quickly, offered me some things to do, fixed our problems and then even helped me with our wall unit Daikins. As a first time customer, we will 100% use Jones again and ask for Jeff. He was honest, straighforward and didn't mind that my dog helped him work. Thank you for helping us during the hottest times, our whole family is grateful. Best- the Patterson's.

Jones heating was fantastic! Right as summer heat kicked in my old AC unit died on me. Dion was professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The new unit they installed has worked perfectly the rest of the summer. I highly recommend!

Our air conditioner stopped cooling overnight. Jeff was able to come the next day and was able to fix it quickly. He was efficient and professional. We will definitely do business with them again if needed.

Called about 10:45 am and Jeff was out within the hour. Explained the problem and he knew exactly what to do. While he was working on it, he got a call from another customer and he was very honest and professional in talking with that customer. I was very impressed with his knowledge and honesty. Great service on a Saturday. Jeff was able to arrive earlier than expected, diagnosed the problem quickly and had to make an additional trip to a warehouse to get the required OEM electric motor for the furnace blower. The new motor was installed very quickly and my heating system was up and running again. Thank you! We would use Jones Heating & Air Conditioning again.

Outstanding service and repair on our furnace that went out recently. We called thinking there was no way anybody could respond quickly and Jeff was at our house before we could get home. Amazing! Our first experience with Jeff from Jones Heating & AC was last summer when our AC unit wasn't cooling. He fixed it and saved us money! He isn't like some service technicians that try and sell you something you don't need. When it is time to replace we will definately be calling Jones Heating & AC!

Very impressed with this company, the service manager, Dion, and technician, Jeff. I had never used them before but were referred to me by a friend of mine in the home restoration business. Very professional, great customer service, very knowledgeable, and I could trust them -straight shooters. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Jeff was very thorough and helped me understand step by step what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.
Jeff even fixed my humidifier and educated me on preventative things I could do to keep my furnace running well. Our furnace stopped working on New Year's day. They were super responsive and were able to come out and get our home warm again!

Had a company called Yes come in to service our furnace. We had their sticker on our furnace from a while back. We met them at Home Depot and they offered cheap tune ups. We wanted them to look at our furnace because it sounded loud when it was on. They came out. They said they had to red tag our furnace. It was unsafe. The heating exchanger was cracked. They gave us a quote for 11k. I felt sick. My family recommended we call Jones Heating and Air. They said they are honest and I should get a second opinion. They came out and found the other company was dishonest. Needed a new part. $700 later I’m back to normal. So glad to be able to work with honest people. They are awesome!! Jeff Durfey saved me a ton of money!! You’re the man!!

Jones Heating and Air is one of, if the not best company I've ever had to deal with. They just installed central air in our home. They such a professional job. Like they have also done, whenever we have call them. They were friendly and did such high quality work. I would highly recommend Jones Heating and Air for all your heating and air conditioning needs. They are the best.
