I had a problem with a leaking furnace and called and they were willing to come out right away! Not only that once he was here, he put booties on his boots so he wouldn’t track through our home! Once he found what was wrong he then educated me on how it works, why it wasn’t working and how to prevent in the future!! Very honest, very nice, very dependable!! Yes I will continue using their services as well as be recommending them to friends and family! Thank you so much!!

Mark is amazing!!!! Came out same day and was able to fix my A/C when I was afraid I might have to replace it. Very knowledge and friendly. I will definitely be calling again for furnace and A/C needs.

A technician from another company incorrectly told us that our ac had a coolant leak. And wanted to charge us $4000 to fix it.

In an effort to price this out we called stellar air and after explaining our issue. They asked a few questions they thought that the other guy was wrong, it turns out stellar air was right, we had it independently verified.

He took 15-20 minutes over the phone to diagnose the problem, and did it for free

I'm using stellar going forward because first they know their stuff and second they're honest.

Mark has helped us several times. He is honest which I feel is the most important thing in business. He also does amazing work and always has his customers best interests in mind.

Returned home from vacation and we were greeted with a very H🔥T house. Mark came out quickly and diagnosed the problem in a timely manor. Explained what the problem was and had COLD air blowing in no time. Price was very reasonable, didn’t feel taken advantage of especially in the circumstance we were in. Will be using his company again and recommending him to all of our family and friends.

Mark is proof that there are still honest people in this world. After another popular and heavily advertised HVAC company told my father that he needed a brand new furnace unit for $4500, we called Mark for a 2nd opinion.
