A/C went out this time. Temps were 100 degrees. They came out that very day and had everything running in less than an hour. They are great about communicating when they will be there and have been right on time both times I've needed them. Can't tell you how nice it is to get somebody willing to troubleshoot and repair. They have never suggested replacement, like so many other companies.

My furnace went out on a cold Friday. They had a tech that offered to stop by that afternoon and had it running in less than an hour. He did not have the exact part needed but had enough expertise to know how to make it work until they could get the correct part. He returned a few days later and installed the correct part. Thank you for the prompt and professional service!

BLR was great. Byron was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They worked my service in by the next day and had my furnace issue identified in less than 5 minutes.
I will definitely use BLR in the future.

When I called to schedule a bid for a new a.c. & furnace I spoke with Annie. She was not only very informative she was so pleasant to speak with. She told me about some programs in Utah that may help in my purchase.
Byron and Annie came to take measurements and write up a bid for me. They were so awesome! They also beat the prices of 5 other bids!
They did an excellent job and I love having a.c. again! Byron and (I wish I knew his name) came to install. They were very professional and wonderful to work with.

We had an amazing experience with BLR Heating and Air. Our AC unit stopped working during the hottest time of the year and within less than two hours their technician arrived and had our AC back up and running with 60 minutes. So happy we were referred to this great company!!!!

BLR has been amazing to work with! Our AC went out in the middle of the heat wave this summer and BLR was kind and quick to fit us into their busy schedule. Once we were on the schedule, they were prompt, courteous, and helped resolve all the issues that arose. They were true to their word and very upfront with all information. We will definitely be calling them again when the need arises.

I had a wonderful experience with BLR from the beginning to the end! I was nervous as this is my first issue I have had in a new house but they were Fast, affordable, and friendly.

Two people specifically:
-I was able to quickly relay back and forth the symptoms I was having with Annie and she was able to get me scheduled for the right service the next day!
-Stephen Cable clearly explained the process and then quickly made the repair. He was a a true professional with an incredible attitude and wizard like speed!

I would highly recommend them and will always use them for future needs!

After sitting around for almost a week in sweltering heat waiting for other companies to return my calls, or hoping that someone would have a cancellation and I'd be able to move up in line, I contacted BLR at the recommendation of my neighbor. They responded immediately to my call, listened to my needs, and fit me in the following evening for a check-up. I needed a new A/C (I expected as much), which are expensive (I knew this). I had a new unit installed and running by the following week. Service and communication was great!

They did a wonderful job and were courteous and detailed. I appreciate this company so much! I have nothing but gratitude and good things to say about these guys. I think they even left things cleaner than it was before!

They were very nice and brought me space heaters While they installed the furnace, they were very thorough and explaining me how to operate the new furnace and The thermostat and downloading it on my iPhone. They Didn’t leave any mess behind they were very clean. They were dependable and on time. I was very impressed with them and the company and the heat program the whole process. Professional. Came in, replaced furnace, left. However, they also cleaned up after themselves. Were nice. Painted fixtures outside. Did a great job! I haven't been able to access air filter slot due to where it was. They fixed it. Thank you for your hard work on our old home.

Extremely pleased with the timeliness and service. Other companies were out weeks and BLR squeezed us in much sooner. Also we definitely expected a full gamut of “everything is ancient and needs full replacing for a million dollars”. But we were very pleased with how he approached the work and his true “if it isn’t broke don’t fix it” mentality. He ended up flipping switch on something we’d incorrectly installed, cleaning off some coils (we didn’t even know could get dirty) and maybe something else I’m forgetting. He charged us a very very reasonable price and we’ll absolutely come back to them if we need service again, or it’s time to replace our existing 20+ year old equipment.

Love BLR! Byron provided excellent customer service and got the problem with my furnace taken care of quickly! I will definitely be calling them for any future needs. They are friendly, professional and trustworthy!!

Byron was recommended to us by our neighbor friends! We could tell over the phone that he was very knowledgeable and happy to help us out. He was able to educate us on things we didn’t know. Our furnace was installed 2 years ago by Manwell and still under warranty. The warranty covered the part, but not the labor or the refrigerant that leaked because of the faulty hose they installed, they only estimated costs which meant they literally could have charged us thousands and they were 2 weeks out for a fix! Byron gave us a set price for his diagnosis, the part, labor and refrigerant! He was so honest and fair! He came early (only 3 days later) on a Saturday morning for us to make sure we had air before our baby shower we had planned that weekend. It has been running like a champ since! Thanks for all of your help Byron! I hope we don’t see you soon for any more A/C probs! But we’ll be sure to recommend you to any one we know in need!

A great small time business. Just had BLR install a whole new HVAC system in my home. The owner and wife could have not been any friendlier. I was informed that they were arriving a bit early(normally companies in this field are late) and they finished in less time than what I was originally told. Definitely reasonably priced and honest. Bryon will be coming back and help me install a new thermostat when I get one...which is definitely a great gesture. I have their number saved in my phone as I will be using them going forward. 100% would recommend this company to anyone.

What an Amazing crew. Byron and his two boys came to our install 5 coolers. They came prepared and knocked the job out 3 hours. They cleaned up and took the time to make sure all coolers were working properly.

They are very reasonably priced and installed a great product with great warranty. B.L.R. did several repairs and two brand new installs of complete HVAC Systems and Hot Water Heater for our family. With real estate I need to get a quick assessment and fix of furnace and A/C equipment before deadlines. BLR is amazing at assessing and fixing any issues at fair prices and when I need them. I use them personally and I wouldn't send my clients anywhere else!!
