It’s been about two weeks since I had Prestige complete work at my house—I’ve been busy enjoying my vastly improved water pressure! This project was something that I thought I could do on my own but I tried with no success. Prestige was awesome to work with and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. When the tech arrived, he was friendly and professional. I had no concerns at all having him in my home. He was efficient and completed the work quickly, but was sure to take the time to explain everything he was doing so nothing was unexpected. This is the second time I’ve used Prestige and they have earned my business for life.

Worked with Ben a couple of times now. He redid the plumbing in our bathroom and fixed a drain in our basement. Did a great job both times and was really reliable with communication. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome company. Ben and Derrick came out to replace my water heater, were on time, professional, helpful, friendly, just all of the good! Cleaned up everything nicely too. Answered all of my questions, helped me figure out another issue while here since they had the time. Highly recommend!

When we found a leak in our basement, we did the same thing you are doing now- we googled plumbers. Prestige Plumbing has excellent reviews, so we called them. Ben came out right away and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He went above and beyond during his visit- he made sure that other plumbing components (installed by a different company) were installed correctly, and answered all of our plumbing questions. I hope that we don’t need a plumber for a long time- but when we do, I will absolutely be calling Prestige Plumbing. I am always skeptical when a company only has good reviews, but from my experience with their service, I think the 5 star reviews were legitimately earned. Good luck! If you are looking for a plumber, today likely isn’t your best day, so I hope things start looking up for you!

Our home warranty company uses Prestige Plumbing, and I’ve been impressed with their service. We’ve had Ben come out to our house twice for different drainage issues. Both times he fixed the problem we called about and got permission from the warranty company to fix other problems he found at the same time without making us pay any extra. Thank you, Prestige Plumbing, for helping us maximize our home warranty coverage.

Overall, my experience with Prestige Plumbing was positive. They had my new faucet up and running fast! Once he diagnosed the leak and replaced the unit- he triple checked to make sure there were no more issues or leaks. Highly recommend for quality work!

Another business wanted to charge me $4500 for extra unneeded repairs. (I just learned many plumbers are paid on commission, Prestige isn't.) I'm so glad I got a second opinion. Ben fixed my problems in less than an hour and he was a little EARLY! I'm so happy! I paid less than 10% of the previous bid.

This is the third time we've had Ben with Prestige Plumbing come out to figure out a problem, and every time he has the problem figured out quickly. Not to mention that the repair work he produces is stellar! Amazing response time, fair and honest pricing, extremely professional and knowledgable plumber and company. Ben with prestige plumbing has done awesome work every time he has come to our home. He is very knowledgeable and informative about all our plumbing needs. We have had other plumbers in the past who were not as thorough but Ben makes sure everything is done right the first time and let’s us know of any warranties and what to do and not do so that our plumbing/toilets/faucets last longer. If you want excellent service at reasonable prices you should give them a call.

Ben was referred to us from another trusted business, Royal Restoration. Ben, the owner of Prestige Plumbing, took my call and was able to come out the next day to handle our plumbing needs. He worked quickly and had all of the parts needed. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service rendered. Ben even directed us to his website to print off a $35.00 coupon. I know who we will be calling for any future plumbing needs.

Was completely satisfied with our experience to this point with Prestige Plumbing/ Brittany & Ben! From the start with communication and getting appointment for requested estimate from Brittany, to Tech/ Ben arriving at the scheduled time, and going over the feasibility/cost of the plumbing requirements/changes we were seeking to get advise about before making a decision to go forward. Ben was very professional and very courteous from arriving with a mask on to his expert advise, understanding of what we were trying to accomplish to providing a professional detailed estimate. We have decided to hire Prestige Plumbing to accomplish rough plumbing in accordance with their estimate bid proposal and we will give updated review after their work is accomplished.

Prestige Plumbing was sent to our home by our home warranty company to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. Ben was the technician we worked with. He arrived within the 2 hour time frame we were given and was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and told us what our different options were. He also suggested we check the lower level of our home to ensure water had not run down the walls under the kitchen which fortunately it had not. We chose to replace our kitchen faucet with a new one which Ben installed. We were extremely pleased with the service provided, felt the price was fair and would definitely recommend Ben and Prestige Plumbing.

I arranged to have Prestige Plumbing take care of an issue with my garbage disposal. They sent Ben to do the job. Not only did he replace the disposal but he replaced the mess of piping underneath my sink so that everything lined up correctly. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. I'm happy with the quality of work done and will look to Prestige Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Ben was so professional, on time, and thoroughly cleaned up! Just had him install a gas line into my kitchen and hook up the stove. I will only use Prestige Plumbing and have used them in the past. All their plumbers, including Dusty, John, and Orion are all so wonderful. Always so reasonably priced and excellent work. I highly recommend them and will always use them in the future.

Just finished a consultation with Ben and was very impressed with the service and education offered! Ben at Prestige Plumbing is great! We had him come out to fix a leak. He came out quickly and was able to fix the problem. We also had him install a tankless water heater and water softener a few weeks later. He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain all the details to you.
