The guys were so helpful and gave me clear and concise information on what they were doing with the on demand hot water heater. They were on time and left things in perfect condition when they were finished. Very polite and professional. Rowell has always been very responsive, and their service people are a delight. This time I just had my boiler cleaned, but on a previous visit to do a minor repair ,they were quick to respond and did a great job
