If you want a blunt (but loveable) highly intelligent technician to diagnose or fix your appliances, Shawn is the guy you call. He will always tell it like it is, fix or replace what he can, and offer advice on how to prevent or maintain everything from your fridge to your wash machine. Found Shawn online after calling two local appliance stores because I needed help with a Miele Dishwasher. It wouldn’t drain right. There is hardly anyone in this area that can fix a Miele dishwasher except Shawn. Shawn was quick to respond to a text message I sent him and fit me into his schedule within 2 hours of contacting him. He was super knowledgeable and very professional. I feel comfortable knowing I can contact him right away for any future dishwasher, washer or dryer needs. He went above and beyond, great experience! Highly recommend Shawn.
