We hit the Heat Pump installation lottery with Doug and his team over at Red Rock Mechanical! Had it installed last week, just in time for the 100+ degree day we are having and we couldn’t be happier! In fact, last night, our three year old asked me to “move the sun to make it warmer” because he thought it was chilly in the house!

Absolutely impressive. Very helpful and knowledgeable crew. Helped get our furnace back to standard immediately and have been very gracious with educating my partner and me on how to maintain our furnace. 100% would recommend to anyone

Red Rock Mechanical has replaced our hot water heater and gas furnace, installed a whole house humidifier and done some smaller plumbing jobs including an emergency where they showed up about 90 minutes after my call. All good work no problems. They are always courteous, efficient and happy to share knowledge when I ask maintenance questions. They are my go-to HVAC outfit. Good guys. Shout out to Kurt and Eric, founts of knowledge and good HVAC advice.

I very seldom write reviews but feel compelled to give at least 7 stars to Doug and his team. My water heater gave up on me Memorial Day weekend, Doug came by himself on his way to his vacation to take a look! Yup, I needed a new tank and he got Steve and Eddie here to remove the old one and replace with new. Thankfully still under warranty! They were kind, courteous, more than helpful and even helped me with a chore that I couldn’t do by myself. That’s service above and beyond. I could not recommend them more highly!

We are in the process of getting our home ready for sale to relocate out of VT. I tried some companies I was familiar with their names, but they were not taking on new clients. My sister's realtor provided Red Rock Mechanical, they were accepting new clients, we made an appointment. They came out within two weeks to inspect our AC unit and the only thing it needed was a re-charge. R22 isn't a freon that is typically on hand. They came back about a week later to re-charge our system. Noah was awesome at each visit. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Honesty is hard to come by these days. I'd recommend Red Rock Mechanical to anyone and will certainly pass along their name to the new buyer. Thanks Fran Dartt

I have used red rock in the past and had great service. I contacted them over a month ago to replace my cooling unit. We set a date 3 weeks out. The week before they were due to show I messaged to confirm and got told it would have to be another week due to supply issues. That appointment came and my husband is waiting at the house and hears nothing from them. I call to ask what's going on and get told he will find out and call my husband. Instead of having the guts to call and talk to us because they had to cancel yet again he sent my husband a text.

You have to hound this company (for us it was 4 separate requests across several months) to complete the actual work that their technicians recommend. When you finally get them to come out, they certainly can't come within the specified time frame, and later blame the customer for the incompetence of the business. This has happened on multiple occasions. Avoid!

I had booked an appointment with them and they never showed up or called to let me know they weren’t going to show up. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common thing. They must be doing well enough as a business to blow off potential sales/customers, but they won’t be getting mine.
