Master Plumbing and Heating designed and installed an extensive heat pump system on our house from start to finish in 3 days. Their crew was very professional working in a furnished house with great communication and organization. Couldn’t be happier with the work.

Plumbing problems suck and can be difficult to diagnose, but one thing that Master Plumber has excelled at as I navigated a challenging and complicated plumbing issue was communication. They always answered the phone, even after hours. They showed up when they said they would and they executed their work professionally.

Jaymee was very responsive. Mike was great. Had to come back a second time since the valves were not correct. Other than that no issues. Great service.

This was our first experience with Master Plumbing, and we couldn’t be more impressed. We were concerned about a possible leak under our toilet affecting the subfloor, and Joe came out to take a look. He replaced the wax ring, showed us exactly what was going on, and explained everything clearly while offering helpful guidance on next steps.

While we do need to replace part of the subfloor, we really appreciated Joe’s honesty and the time he took to walk us through the situation. He was knowledgeable and kind, and his customer service really stood out. Not only is he a great plumber, but you can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and makes sure they understand what’s happening.

Master Plumbing will definitely be our go-to plumbing company from now on. We are so grateful for the help and guidance!

We've enjoyed working with everyone from Master on our whole-house plumbing/heating installation. They carefully explained our options, were flexible with scheduling around other work, and quickly responded to questions or schedule change requests. We'll definitely be working with them again.

They did a great job, they finished the job as they said, before a long weekend ( ski house), they stayed within budget. They always kept me informed on progress and cleaned up after the unit was installed.

Casey provided outstanding service — and he was an awesome guy! I thought I needed to replace most of my fixtures at a cost of many thousand is dollars. Jeffrey Grenier is the best in the business. He designed an air-to-water heat pump system to tie into our existing baseboard radiators, along with an air handler for cooling. We also had a new heat pump water heater and a water softener installed. The Master Plumbing team was so professional and took care of everything. With home construction projects, I often feel like I need to be present to answer questions or keep an eye on things, but these guys took care of everything. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
