Paquette Plumbing showed up on time, they were very professional and thorough. They exceeded my expectation on the installation and clean up. Also the technicians took the time to explain how to operate my heat pump unit. I will use them again for any future problems and I would recommend them to friends and family.

We could not be happier with the job that Avery & Tim did in removing our old oil boiler and installing a new heat pump water tank! From the day we called, up to installation day, everybody was professional and thourough. And, the entire process did not take long at all which is amazing in this day and age!

Update 7/13/23: I have had some plumbing issues recently and was taken care of immediately considering how hard it is for employers right now! Appreciated all from original phone calls, return calls(especially the one that saved me a bunch of money on the coldest day we had last year), prompt employees who explained what needed to be done, and easy to understand invoices. Thank you

Installed a combination boiler for me. Am very happy with the work. The only downside is that estimates and billing need better explanations. I found them a bit confusing and felt I made a pain in the butt of myself wanting explanations.

I had a plumbing and heating emergency. I called Paquette Plumbing and they immediately sent a technician. This was so much appreciated because it was 4:30 p.m.! They secured the area and addressed both issues the following day. Upon arrival, I was reassured that he wouldn't leave until I had hot water and heat. He was professional, courteous and explained what went wrong and how he fixed the problems. Great customer service is hard to come by these days; however, Paquette Plumbing not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Paquette Plumbing.

They came for an evaluation/estimate. I needed some simple plumbing repairs, and I wanted to have a water softener system installed. Joe took a water sample, and promised a response within a week or two. 5 months later, I’ve made multiple phone calls to the office, the secretary promises a call back, and no response or follow-up. Apparently they don’t need any new customers.

Paquette plumbing installed two heating/hot water wall units, and both units had problems with the venting of the exhaust pipes. Met with Nick the owner of the company, and he acknowledged the faulty installations, and said they could be corrected. However, after three additional phone calls to the office and an email, no one ever call back or reply to my email. According to the installation manual, the exhaust pipe needs 24 inches of clearance below the soffit for hot air to escape, or through the roof. Paquette vented the exhaust pipe right at the soffit, and it caused hot air to drift back into the attic, and hot air condensing into water/ice during cold days. Also, this exhaust pipe supposed to pitch slightly upward for the air to escape and drain the condensed water into the pump located inside the house, however, the pipe was installed pitching slightly downward and caused condensed water to drain outside of the house, alongside of the exterior wall. This faulty installation is causing ice accumulation outside of doorstep, icicles hanging under the gutter, and icicles under the deck and above the first-floor deck ceilings. The first-floor exhaust vent was noticed by Nick, and said it needs to penetrate through the facial board away from the deck. After nearly two months chasing, I lost hope that Paquette plumbing will do the right thing to correct this issue. Now that we're in cold winter time, I have to deal with a pile of ice outside of my doorstep.

Worst experience we have ever had. I would look any where else for a plumber unless you like being overcharged. Where to begin, we had them install 2 hot water heaters and complete some boiler work. Very unprofessional. They spent the majority of time on their phones watching you tube videos and making phone calls. Took 2 days to do a one day job. Their own tech told me it should have been a one day job when he came back out to verify valves at our request. Luckily I had someone else take a look. One of the valves they left closed would have caused the boiler to run dry and ruin it. Of course they wouldn’t care since it would be more work and money for them. We had a bunch more jobs we wanted done but now will take our business elsewhere. Fast forward to winter time when the boiler was turned back on it didn’t work. So we called them since they should have made it right. They did the work after all. Nope they charged us another $1000 to not fix the issue and tell us to call gas company that it was some gas valve. So I did call suburban and guess what it wasn’t the gas valve like they said it was the regulator which suburban replaced for free. Never again. I would run the other way with this company. All they care about is money not doing the right thing.

Only because negative stars isn't an option.

They improperly installed a heating/air conditioning system ignoring the manufacturers installation requirements voiding all warranties. Several call-backs over many months corrected absolutely nothing . They soldered pipes that were required to be braised. They installed incompatible components. They incorrectly programmed thermostats. They located equipment in an unsuitable area, again violating manufacturers requirements. They violated codes, ignored standard practices of the trade, and did not complete all the work quoted and required. They price gouge and false advertise. Corrective action will cost more than the initial (overpriced) installation. Litigation with exposure to treble damages and loss of license is pending. I will update.
