Brian and his crew did an incredible job re-doing the deck at the place we rent. Not only was their work top notch, he was incredibly responsive (answering questions and communicating their building plan for the day). Having ongoing construction isn’t always the most ideal and they made it an absolute joy! Highly highly recommend!!

We hired Champlain Valley Site Work and Building to add stairs into the hill up from our driveway to our house and a patio. From the start Brian was excellent with communicating and bringing our vision to life. The team that did the project was exceptional from start to finish. They took so much pride in their work and made sure that we were happy along the way. Additionally, they were also just a pleasure to have do the job, our daughter was so entranced with watching them work and they treated her so kindly. We cannot recommend this company enough and will 100% have them back for future projects on our property.
