I so appreciate many things about Scott, but foremost his professionalism in returning my calls/texts and delivering things that I have needed in a timely manner. At times when he has been super busy, he has communicated that and I appreciate that beyond words. I feel like we live in a society now where most people don't even bother to reply when hey are unable to accommodate you.

I highly recommend Summit Property Solutions. Scott and his team maintain our lawn during the summer and plow, salt and sand our long driveway during the winter. I could not be more pleased with them. They are extremely reliable, and their work is top notch and reasonably priced.

We highly recommend Scott for landscaping or snow removal needs. He has plowed our driveway, delivered gravel and garden stones, mowed, brush hogged, expanded our driveway and parking area, and more.
