Brennan Building & Excavation has constructed many wastewater disposal fields that we have designed in the past decade or so. Tristan has a broad knowledge of civil projects having studied and worked in the Engineering field. Designing wastewater disposal systems for Brennan Excavation is a collaborative process since their knowledge is vast, and they maintain a wastewater designer license to stay up-to-date on current design standards/methods. Having a site contractor with this skill set is a great benefit when it comes to finding the right solution for sites that may present challenges. I would highly recommend Brennan Excavation for your grading, clearing, building site preparation, and wastewater installation needs.

I posted seperatly of my personal experience and thought I would also share from my proffesional experiance. I am the Facilites Manager for a hight tech company where cleanliness is of extreme importance and quality is job one. Tristan ran this job and they were immaculate in dust protection and tidiness throught the entire project. The project was to make 3 doors into bigger doors and some wer enot in easy locations to work. They did a great job and the doors looked like original construction, or better when done. So, residential or commercial/industrial Matt and Tristan can and will get ti done and done right.

A one stop shop- new septic designed, approved by state, and installed at a great price. Completely hassle free for me. Thank you so much for giving us a place to put our ... stuff.

Tristan and crew have just completed a leach field at my property in Vernon Vermont …. I am 100% satisfied. His pricing was completely fair and the clean up exceeded my expectations. In closing … I will recommend his services to anyone needing such services ! Great job guys … thanks

Matt and Tristan did our kitchen a few years back and the attention to detail was incredible. One day I came home and the vent hood was taken apart. Matt said "I noticed when I walked by you could see the duct work through side vents so i took it apart to paint the duct black and it would show". We probably would have never noticed but that is the kind of detail that went into the whole project. Highly recommend if you want a quality job and want it done right.

Tristan did a great job replacing our culvert and resurfacing our driveway. He was knowledgeable and kept me posted about what to expect, etc. I’ll use his service again when the need arises.

Tristian and Joe were great to work with. We needed to have some excavating done related to a well drilling project, and they were completely trustworthy and transparent about expected costs, scope of project, and next steps. We will use them again if the need arises, and would highly recommend them!

I have worked with Tristan and Matt for many projects over the years on my 1863 home and can't praise their work enough. I've learned over the years to trust their analysis and solutions to my restoration problems and have always been extremely pleased with the results. From stone patios and steps along a riverfront deck to banking and grading my long driveways, their work has always been exceptional and long-lasting. They do it right the first time. The best part - no matter how long a day the crew works, they always allow time to clean up the work site. If you need a job done right, these are the people to call. I couldn't rate them more than five stars or I would.
