Corey was phenomenal in every respect. He was communicative, informative, personable and genuinely kind. He was able to take care of what needed to be done in a very efficient manner. He went above and beyond! The company is lucky to have him on board representing the company! I would recommend him to anyone! 5 Starts doesn’t serve him justice!

Main drain line in house clogged. Sewage backed up. Dispatcher was efficient, kept us informed of TOA and price estimate. Technician David (Kentucky) called before arriving on time, was polite and professional. Successfully completed the job quickly (on a Saturday night!) and was very personable. Very happy with the experience and will definitely recommend RR to others. I think this was a Burlington/South Burlington Vt. based shop. Thanks!

This was the second time that Corey the technician was able to come to our house – he was extraordinarily helpful, very thorough and professional, let me know exactly what he was doing and did an amazing job – I highly recommend him and the services that he provides with Roto-Rooter!

We were able to get same-day service for a clogged kitchen sink, and they even were ahead of schedule so they called and came earlier which was great. Dave (Kentucky) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and got the pipes cleared in under an hour. He also gave some tips on using a garbage disposal and how to prevent clogs in the future. The price is hefty ($395 for the first hour + $75 travel fee) but worth it for quality, same-day service.
