Dave is honest and prompt and has answered many questions simply over the phone by telling me what to do for minor fixes. He is my go to guy. I get my annual service is done by him and when I sold my office recently and the buyer complained about the HVAC, he showed me why they were full of it and simply trying to take advantage of me even though the system worked as necessary.
