We recently had MK construction complete several projects around our house, and could not be happier with the services they provided.
Communication was consistent and straightforward, the team arrived on time each day, they were very mindful of the work area and maintaining a tidy space-cleaning up every day before they left, and they were meticulous in working to provide excellent service.
They patched and painted damaged drywall in our ceiling and it looks fantastic. They installed a new exterior French door and were able to smoothly troubleshoot a few hiccups that popped up as they worked through removing the old door and installing the new one.
We will absolutely call them first for our future projects and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others!

MK Construction did an excellent job on my recently completed condo project. Jorge and his crew were very professional and performed expert painting services, as well as carpentry and electrical services. They were always professional, great communication throughout process and promptly clean up worksite. Project pricing was fair and reasonable for the DMV area. Would highly recommend!

Jorge and crew did a great job on various projects for us recently. This included painting, brick wall repair, and electric work. The crew was thorough, efficient, and respectful of our home. I would recommend them and plan to use them again.

MK Lazarte painted my walls before I moved into my house I bought. The work was done expeditiously and efficiently without cutting corners. I will hire them again for my future projects.

Steve from MK Construction was fabulous!
He was professional, caring, and patient.
He did a terrific job adhering tiles to my cabinets and bathtub in 2 bathrooms. Other companies I contacted were a little unsure of how to adhere tiles to my bathtub with a metal layer. Steve had no problem, and I am satisfied.

I’ve had the pleasure for working with MK Concstructions twice and both times I have been very satisfied with the final product. I had them change my small barthroom with shower to a bathroom with a bath and it is exactly as I wanted. I was pleased with their professionalism in keeping with schedule and the finish. When at work we had some changes to do for our small business I knew we wanted them for the job and once again they were great. They gave us suggestions when asked showing how knowledgeable they are and finished in the time frame we needed with was a huge worry at the time. We will definitely recommend them to friend and if any work needed in the futuree they will be our first call
