Got my suits cleaned. No odor and cleaned thoughly. Very convenient from my condo.

I've had several dresses cleaned here, and two skirts altered (sized down). They did a great job, and the prices were reasonable.

Got my 5 pants hemmed and altered. Asked if I can get them within 48 hours, the lady said it's feasible, but no guarantee. She gave me a call the next day at 5pm that they were ready. They sure did expedite the process! Additionally, they came out beyond my expectations. I'm highly content with the results.

I've been getting my shirts and suits cleaned here for the past few months. I'm happy with the service I have received and the prices are reasonable. I have not had any alterations done here but the dry cleaning is pretty good in my experice. I work in the building so it's very convenient for same day drop off and pick up.

The customer service here was good. I received my clothing within the time that I was told I would. I don't like that there aren't any clearly defined prices listed anywhere. I had to turn my items in and wait to be called the next day with what the prices would be. I never did get a call but got the price when I picked up my clothing. I had one dress and a pair of pants that needed to be cleaned and have the zipper fixed and paid for $100 so it really is expensive. I had an issue with the pants where the zipper broke the first time I put them on after getting them fixed. They did end up fixing the pants again at no cost to me though. I don't know that I will come back just because those two items were so expensive, and the prices are a mystery.

Do not trust Gateway Cleaners with your clothing! They ruined my new sweater — shrank it. They provided a refund — by taking it back to the retailer where I bought it. However, Gateway Cleaners was responsible for ruining it, not the retailer where it was purchased. While they made the effort to compensate me, they shifted the burden to the retailer. A second failure. Avoid this place!

I brought my expensive down comforter here and they sent it out to get cleaned. It did not come back on time which I was not notified about (I luckily happened to call when I was already on the way and they told me it wasn’t there yet).

When I picked up my comforter it was DAMP, MUSTY, had a BAD ODOR, NEW STAIN, and the worst part of it all the FEATHERS were RUINED. The feathers clumped up in the squares and when I asked for a refund they were very uncooperative and wanted me to drive all the way back to them to get it looked at. Just an overall terrible experience.
