The service from Quick Action Duct Cleaning was a pleasant surprise. I scheduled duct cleaning because the vents looked overdue and the house felt dusty. The technicians were organized and careful during the work. When everything was finished house felt fresher overall. I would definitely contact them again.

Do not trust the air in a new house until you clean the vents.I had filters running but the dander from the previous owners was still making me sick. They removed huge clumps of dust and hair. The air feels like mountain air now. They were very respectful of my home office during the service.

Quick Action Duct Cleaning did air duct cleaning and recommended a filter rating that wouldn't choke our system. It feels better (the air) and the fan doesn't have to roar to make up for lost time anymore. Our back bedroom gets finally cool like the rest of the house. NO upsell and the invoice was as quoted on the phone. Two neighbors have already inquired for their info.

They used corner guards for air duct cleaning, minimal hose tracking, and shoe covers on the entire time of their visit. They also labeled the filter with size and when it should next be changed which is a nice reminder they say.

The air feels lighter and I'm not dusting the desk as much anymore. No pressure for additional costs and the invoice was in my email before they left. I would use them again before summer comes calling.

I was concerned about the vents due to my Rosslyn lofts pretty high ceilings. For air duct cleaning, Quick Action brought a large ladder to tape off the registers at the top. They brushed out the long reach to the mezzanine and now the upstairs cools just as much as the downstairs, and at the same time.

The next day I also saw reduced fine dust caked on the railing. They were in and out in about an hour and a half, all for the quoted price, not a penny more. I'd definitely use them again when it's time for the filter.
