I have to say we had an great experience with KBF. I found them on Angie's List and they did everything as promised. This is my second kitchen and it was delivered on time by phenomenal contractors who showed up on time every day, kept the place clean, did exemplary work, and were on budget, including not disappearing as the project came to a close (a notorious outcome on most fix it projects). We got a gorgeous kitchen and are thrilled!

Excellent experience. David and his staff are very accomodating and professional. The contractors that we worked with are top-notch. Everything was timely and within our budget. Would highly recommend. Our kitchen has been completely transformed.

I enjoy every day the beautiful work you did for me in totally remodeling my kitchan and a couple of years later, my bath. The knowledge and courtesy of the while Kitchen and Bath team, from beginning to end, was outstanding. Valdemar managed the planning and execution of the projects flawlessly and was a real joy to work with. His oversight of the process, excellence in addressing structural and other issues large and small, and the high standards of his while team was very satisfying to watch, plus i never saw a cleaner worksite nights and weekends. David\'s ideas and guidance were invaluable as well. Again no detail too small to adjust to the evolving final project. Thanks so much for a wonderful total experience. We are very, very pleased with our recent kitchen renovation completed by Kitchen and Bath Factory, Arlington. Their construction team, led by Pawel Turek, did a fantastic job.
The kitchen we dreamed of on paper became a reality in just about 4 weeks. K&B Factory gives you a construction time line and they keep to it. Our renovation went smoothly all throughout the various phases involved. The cabinetry is beautiful as is the new hardwood floor. The outstanding real European craftsman touches and attention to detail came from the skillful hands and hard work of Pawel Turek. Great job! Thanks!

We recently remodeled a bathroom and a family room wet bar and cannot express the wonderful experience that we had with Kitchen & Bath Factory, Inc. This is our send time we have used this company and we have recommended them to at least 18 other friends. The comment from one visitor is not just wonderful, "but this is over the top!" The K and H Cabinets are beautiful and because they are semi-custom, you can fill in the nooks and crannies with a beautiful finish. In addition, Rafal's workmanship is excellent. He is a real perfectionist. Any future remodeling, we plan to ask for him.

We used Kitchen and Bath Factory for our kitchen renovation 8 years ago -- and it still looks brand new. We were so pleased with the quality and timeliness of their work, and their trustworthiness, that we hired them again for the complete overhaul of our master bathroom. This was no easy task as it involved a mold problem and relocation of plumbing fixtures. But once again, we were extremely satisfied with the outcome. The quality of K & BF's custom cabinets is truly outstanding. Pawel Turek and his team accomplished everything we asked, in record time and within our budget, providing sage advice along the way. Their workmanship on our tile installation was first-rate, in marked contrast to the work done by a previous contractor (not through K & BF). When little issues cropped up, Pawel was extremely responsive and addressed them immediately. He also took care of other small projects around the house for us, including painting, lighting, and plumbing. The work was of the highest standard. For busy working parents, the fact that Pawel diligently adhered to K & BF's schedule from start to finish made managing the renovation project much easier and less stressful for us than it would have otherwise been. We are very happy return clients who would not hesitate to use K & BF and Pawel Turek again for future projects.

It was a pleasure working with the Kitchen & Bath Factory (K&BF) Team, David, Janet and Pawel on the remodel of my condo kitchen. David created a design that made best use of the space and kept my budget in mind. Janet managed the implementation seamlessly, and Pawel executed the design plan with great care. All went according to schedule. K&BF's products are of high quality, and the vendor recommended for the countertop was wonderful. I love the results. The kitchen is beautiful. I highly recommend K&BF to anyone planning a kitchen renovation.

I have used Kitchen and Bath Factory 3 times - first for a kitchen remodel, second for 2 powder room remodels and third, most recently, for a remodel of my master bath. Each time they have done an excellent job. David spends time going over the details of the project. Pawel, the person who coordinates, and does most of, the onsite work makes sure everything is done well, on schedule, and according to my preferences. I would definitely recommend this group.

I'm really glad I found Kitchen & Bath Factory! I discovered them because they carried the cabinets that my kitchen already had--that were holding up great with three small kids!
David worked with me through several designs to create the best design for our space, needs and budget! He was extremely knowledgable about the process and materials, directing us towards products that would work better for us and explaining aspects so I would understand. Without a doubt he helped me beyond what was required.

Janet was very friendly and helpful in my numerous interactions with her. I really felt that they knew me and my plan, and were able to meet my needs.

Typical issues that occured during the project duration were handled quickly and to my satisfaction.

Our new kitchen is exactly what we wanted, and we love it. David took a tiny kitchen and designed a new space with optimal workroom that looks amazing. The process is very easy. KBF sends you to preferred vendors that have very competitive, if not lower, prices (I looked!). Val de Mar, our contractor, was very responsive to our questions and asks, and he is very meticulous about his work. I would definitely go back to them with another job.

We love our new kitchen and half-bath! Bob, David and Pawel all did an excellent job and we are totally happy with the way things have turned out. We talked with 5 different kitchen designers, and KBF stood out easily as the one to pick. As far as design goes, they were great with professional opinion, but also were able to listen and actually hear what we wanted (sounds simple, but they were the only ones to do that!). Pawel, the contractor, was a hard worker, did a great job, and we were comfortable having him in our house. There were a couple of issues, with the countertop and the sink, (through no fault of KBF) and David worked quickly to resolve everything, even being willing for KBF to take on any additional cost in order to make things right. It's been a fairly big job (totally new kitchen design, wall taken down, window made a different size, moving of range and sink, all new half-bath down the hall, additional new floor in other rooms) and we are completely satisfied with everything! We would recommend Kitchen and Bath Factory, and Pawel the contractor without hesitation. Thank you!!!

Kitchen & Bath renovated our kitchen about four years ago and we were so impressed with their design, the contractor, and the craftsmen that we went to them again to renovate all of our bathrooms. No project is without obstacles but they solve problems, are creative in making the most of your space, willing to listen to your questions and concerns, patient, and just super nice. We are delighted with the quality of their work and service.

We had a wonderful experience re-doing a bathroom with Kitchen & Bath Factory. David was great at helping us paint a vision from the pictures we had clipped online, and set us up with some awesome vendors for tile and fixtures. Our contractor Rafal was everything we could have hoped for - a great communicator, perfectionist, and total professional. He and his team did beautiful work, and showed great respect for our home and our time while working with us.

We had a small issue with the countertop and the KBF team stood by their work and corrected the problem - and quickly.

It was a pleasure to work with the Kitchen & Bath Factory Team, David, Janet and Waldemar on the remodel of my condo kitchen and bathroom. David had an excellent vision for the best use of space, Janet managed the coordination of everything seamlessly and Waldemar took great care to make sure everything was executed to specifications with great care. They were professional, patient and provided excellent advice. I am very pleased with the cabinets and appliances and the pricing was very good. I would recommend them highly and would be happy to use them again on my next project.

Kitchen and Bath Factory did an excellent bathroom remodel for us. K&BF provided wonderful design and technical guidance, and effectively coordinated the entire project. The contractor, Rafal, was extremely competent in all phases of implementation, demonstrating high standards and pride in workmanship. Contractor personnel were also respectful of our living space and very easy to work with during the project. In sum, we would definitely select K&BF again, and we highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to renovate a bathroom.

Kitchen and Bath Factory did two bathrooms for me and I was very pleased with both. Working with David and his team was easy and efficient and Pavel and his team did a great job on construction. I would highly recommend. Also prices are reasonable.

I hired Kitchen and Bath Factory in Arlington for a teardown and complete remodel of my small condo kitchen in summer 2013. They did a fantastic job with the redesign. They also walked me through the materials selection process and showed me clearly what the kitchen would look like before beginning the project. One reason I chose them was because they inspired confidence that they were particular about getting the details right and completing the job according to the proposed schedule. In the end they did not disappoint. The kitchen was completed on time and according to plan. I am very happy with the final product and with the experience of working with Kitchen and Bath Factory. I was also very pleased with the contractor for the job, Steve Endress and Sons. He has a great crew and I highly recommend their demo and construction services.

It has been over 19 years since my wife and I had the Kitchen and Bath Factory remodel our kitchen. We have been very pleased with the workmanship and products.

What has recently REALLY impressed me is how the people at the Kitchen and Bath Factory stand behind their products. Our dishwasher door is designed to be covered by a cupboard door. The cover came loose. Upon contacting Kitchen and Bath, David came to our house, found the problem (the contractor used the wrong-sized screw bolt), ordered the necessary part, and, once it arrived, stopped by to complete the necessary repair.

I want to congratulate (and thank) Kitchen and Bath for working with my wife and me in remodeling the master bedroom bath in our Falls Church/McLean home. We selected Kitchen and Bath after interviewing several remodeling and contracting firms. We sought to engage a firm with whom we could work in addressing a number of design questions we had and help us in the selection of construction materials - tile, fixtures, cabinets - and the suppliers of each of these.
When we started our bath remodeling project we did not realize just how many suppliers and contractors would become involved and how much we would look to the expert advice of K&B staff in selecting these suppliers/contractors. We were also impressed with the general construction contractor that K&B engaged to work with us. They were responsive to getting work done promptly and receptive to questions and suggestions we had during the process of installation of cabinetry, tile and fixtures.
We will certainly recommend K&B and its partners to anyone who inquires. We have enjoyed showing off our remodeling work to neighbors and friends and sharing with them K&B as a firm we recommend if they wish to undertake similar projects.

We had a great experience with Kitchen & Bath Factory. The designer we worked with created cabinets and shelving in our living room which turned out amazing! Rafal installed the cabinets and was incredibly professional. As he worked, he kept the area clean and asked questions along the way to make sure we were comfortable with any final decisions that needed to be made, e.g., placement of the knobs. The timeline was exactly what Kitchen & Bath Factory promised and they stayed within our price range, which was better than any other place we spoke to.
