Provided me excellent reliable service on my HVAC System. The office staff was friendly and professional. The service technician was knowledgeable, efficient and attentive to all of my needs. Will most certainly be using them for my future servicing needs to include HVAC & Plumbing !
By the way the cost was very reasonable and affordable !

I recently had Dulles Plumbing out to repair my HVAC system and replace my water heater, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial diagnostic to the final install, the team was incredibly professional. They took the time to explain the technical issues with my AC and offered a fair, transparent quote for the new water heater. The installation was clean, they respected my home, and both systems are now running perfectly. It’s rare to find a company that handles both mechanical and plumbing with this level of expertise. Highly recommend!

I met a Dulles employee at plumbing supply store. Dave impressed me with his ideas for solving a water pressure problem. So, I called Dulles Plumbing to have Dave come and help me with a blocked sink drain. When Chris from Dulles called to set up a time to come, he told me that my problem was not as simple as I may think. He suggested calling another company that used a hydro jet system to thoroughly clean my entire drain pipes to the septic field. Chris gave me name and tel number. NO CHARGE. Hydro Jet company told me many plumbers have them do the work and then charge customers twice the price paid to Hydro Jet Company. I CALLED CHRIS AND THANKED HIM AND DAVE FOR THEIR HELP AND THEIR HONESTY.
I'LL BE GOING TO DULLES PLUMBING FOR ANY ALL ALL PLUMBING AND HVAC WORK IN THE FUTURE.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I really appreciate the level of customer service Nate provided, not only when he came out with his crew to install my new HVAC unit but also, when I requested a quick follow up visit to walk me through the system, because I was on a conference call when he finished the install.

He was kind enough to come out again several days later, walk me through the system, answer my questions and was just the nicest, most professional fella. AND he didn’t make me feel bad for asking for a follow up walk thru or for asking all of my questions.

I spoke with John Murphy over the phone, and he bent over backwards to help my wife and I. The man could fix HVAC blindfolded if he needed to, which.. he basically did. I'll never use another HVAC company or fail to recommend Dulles Plumbing, Heating and Air when asked - simply the most incredible service I've ever experience. Bravo, Mr. Murphy - bravo.

Dulles Plumbing, Heating and Air was just the best to work with. We recently experienced an underground leak on our property. Dulles plumbing came out and was easily able to determine exactly where the leak was which minimized the amount of property that needed to be explored. The team that came out was knowledgeable, extremely polite, professional and just a joy to work with. It was such a comfort to have such an experienced team helping in a time of dire need. I cannot recommend Dulles Plumbing enough.

We’ve worked with DPG both in the construction of our gym, as well as on the residential side with the installation of a new humidifier on our furnace and a (really tricky, if I might add) bathtub faucet install. Every experience has been top notch... responsive, polite, thorough, and they always made sure everything was clean when they were done. 5/5!

I had an emergency situation and had someone come out the same day to assess the situation, recommend a solution and get a quote. Within 48 hours I had a new water heater and was functioning normally.
The employees over the phone were helpful and knowledgeable, the service provider was on time, clean and safe (wearing a mask). He answered all of my questions and I was satisfied completely.

I recently switched from one of the large HVAC companies to Dulles Plumbing, Heating and Air. I had been on a maintenance contract with a larger organization and continued to experience issues each year. John Murphy and his crew were extremely responsive, repaired my AC and had me running again in no time. I think working with a company that is local pays dividends as their success is mostly word of mouth and based on reputation. I had received bids from the last company on replacing my entire HVAC system presented to me as the only solution. Because of Dulles P, H & A, I won't have to spend those dollars for some time.

I bought a house and the water main broke on day 1. Dulles Plumbing, Heating & Air replaced the pipe with ease and got my water flowing better than ever! I mean, it was good before, but now it's really top notch. The Owner even showed up to ensure quality control. For all your Plumbing, Heating & Air needs, I would absolutely recommend these guys.

David was extremely professional, showed up on prearranged time, was pleasant and knowledgeable about replacing an out of code gas line. He mastered the various challenges with ease and humor, regardless the severity of the respective issue. Highly recommend ❤️
