David in the Service department is always on top of scheduling and getting techs out when he says they will be there.
Techs are knowledgeable, friendly and get the job done!

I never heard from them went with another company.

Never showed up for estimate. Will not get my job.

Good luck getting a response from these people. We were referred to them by Mercedes of Midlothian and we have shared our experience, or lack there of, with them. Hopefully Mercedes will find another electrician to refer their clients to.

Terrible drivers and terrible service

It’s a shame that you hire people that are inconsiderate and rude and will flip off people for no reason. Van number 85 cuts us off and then Flips us the bird for honking when he nearly causes an accident. Terrible company if you ask me.

I have no idea if they are a good contractor or not. But if one judges a company by how they take care of their equipment and train their drivers.. I would have to say, poorly.

Only one working headlight and apparently no working turn signals... the driver of #95 kept cutting me off in traffic on the road between Fredericksburg and Ashland. If you live and work in this area and you see a Tolley truck.. get the hell away from it.. dude cut me off just as I was passing him, multiple times.. I was driving a 77k lb semi truck.. he had more than enuf time, each time (total of 3) to put a signal on and signal before turning.. didn't happen

He waited until I was almost bumper to bumper with him... first time I let it go.. i have a number on my truck too.. after the 3rd time, I tried calling the office.. that was a waste of time.. here's hoping someone will pay attention to this review... train your drivers better and take better care of your equipment.
