I requested emergency service on a weekend for the loss of heat. Technician arrived as scheduled, was professional and thorough. He identified the problem quickly and made the appropriate repairs. I am very pleased with the service.

Green Air does a great job and is easy to work with. They make scheduling easy and are consistent in their work. I highly recommend them.

Green Air was so wonderful in taking care of our AC issue in the middle of the summer heat. My husband and I were extremely impressed with Matt. He was very patient with my husband's questions and provided the best options for repair or replacement and scheduling. My elderly mother was visiting when Green Air arrived (on time!) as scheduled and said that in all her years she has never had an experience with a contractor/service tech that was as professional and polite as Matt. Thank you Green Air for being the best!

Green Air installed our heat pump HVAC system 12 years ago and has maintained it ever since. They also look after our solar hot water. They are timely knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend them especially if you’re interested in sustainability.

We had a maintenance agreement with another company when they came out they literally spent 15 min doing a PM service and then tried to sell me a new system. They didn't even flush the outside of the unit. I called Green Air and they spent over 1 hour cleaning and servicing our system the way it should have been done to begin with. The Techs were great and explained everything - no reason to replace my system at this time it is working so much better now that they serviced it. I highly recommend them!

The tech (Javille) arrived when he said he would be there. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. After the service he explained all the results and thanked us.

As always, exceptional service from friendly knowledgeable professionals. I love that everything is explained so clearly, choices given (with pros/cons) and that they proactively look for ways to save me money.

Green Air recently replaced a through-the-wall unit in my shop. Their price was fair, their work was very good, and I was highly satisfied. The technicians, Cody and Dequan, who handled my work were were knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. I will use Green Air and their workforce on my next project.

AC went out at the start of Labor Day weekend, called Green Air on the recommendation of a friend! They came that evening and were extremely thorough. They were able to diagnose the problem immediately, took pictures to show me what we were dealing with. Jonathan was amazing, very knowledgeable and polite. He was honest about the timeframe for the repair and the quote was reasonable. He even helped me troubleshoot a way to get some relief in the meantime. My friend did not lie, this company is truly wonderful and I look forward to them completing my repair.

They are such a great company to work with. I have had the pleasure both for my business and as a homeowner. They now service the units at our house. Great communication and appropriate pricing.

So Green Air came out to my house 11/14/2024 after waking up at 2 am with my main power breaker being tripped because of my upstairs unit. Jonathan was my technician and very friendly and told me what the problem was. He fixed it in a short amount of time and gave me options on fixing it. I would recommend Green air to anyone that asks for a hvac service.

I was so impressed by the Green Air Inc., technicians who came to our house to repair one of our 3 heat pumps which decided to break down on one of the hottest days of summer! They were extremely polite and efficient. I was also grateful that they went into the crawl space under the house and changed the filter for us as well. That's a task that we never enjoy! We now have an annual Maintenance Contract with Green Air which is a fraction of the cost that our former HVAC company charged. Thanks Green Air!!

As always Austin Weaver was very helpful and efficient, as well as pleasant and engaging. At our age, being without air conditioning in 100 degree weather is very concerning. Austin arrived earlier than expected and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you Green Air and Austin.

This company is great to work with. They show up as expected and get the job done. My service technician Robert was extremely efficient and got the job done within a very reasonable time.
