We had a condensate pipe leak. After submitting a claim through American Home Shield, EAS Inc. was assigned to come out and inspect and submit a work order to AHS. The technician, Bobby, identified the area and told me exactly what needed to be done. Once AHS approved the work, EAS came back out and fixed the leaking pipe.

From Becky to Ashley 1 and Ashly 2 to Mark and Daniel...they are a good team who is professional and skilled at what they do.
I would definitely use them again for any HVAC maintenance and or repair in the future.

They were on time. They checked different components of my AC. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. They did a great job.

Really quick to come out ! I put in my order and they were out within a day and called me day off to schedule! He fixed my AC in like five minutes and I was cool again!

On 7/14/2021 My home warranty sent company to my home for AC not cooling and noise coming from outside fan. I advised Mark/technician when home was built and how long I lived here just for history purposes. I was very specfic on what system was doing and he went right outside and fixed issue!

Bobby has been awesome. We've had an issue with our air for the last month and he's been knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in getting it resolved.

They were able to come earlier than the scheduled time and sent me a text and email confirming that was ok. They explained how it all works with the warranty and was able to fix my unit quickly.

Purchased a system from this folks 5 months ago , On 12/23 /2019 I called for service , had no heat , A appointment was set from noon to 3 pm . Service people arrived early , promptly fixed the problem , they were very professional and polite , would definitely recommend and use again .

I was assigned a technician from EAS through my home warranty when my heat stopped working recently. EAS responded promptly and they sent a tech out early the following morning. David was polite and efficient - he quickly figured out that our igniter has to be replaced and our heat fixed in no time. I was so grateful for the quick turnaround, right before the temperatures dropped!

This review is for a pre-winter check of our HVAC system through American Home Shield home warranty. We had a great experience with Casey! He performed our HVAC service check for us, answered our questions, and was very thorough. We were even provided a checklist of everything he inspected/checked. When we requested this service, Efficient Air had something scheduled with us not even 24 hours from then. Their call, email, phone, and text communications exceeded expectations!

Great! I was assigned EAS as part of my AHS Warranty to fix my gas furnace. I was a little worried with their 1.8 rating but hopefully my "5" will bring that up...I have used my warranty 4 times, I usually give the company till afternoon to call me then I call them. This is the first time I didn't have to call. EAS (Becky I believe) called me at 8:20AM and said she could have a tech here between 11 & 2. The came in at 10:56 and Casey showed up at 11:10. By 11:40 he had found the problem and fixed it with a part on his truck. You can't ask for anything better than that! Thanks again! Mike

Rare in today’s world of business… this company was on time, professional, completed the work as promised, and very clean. Price for HVAC change out was very fair. I will call this company again! Highly recommend.

Amazing company! (EAS) Efficient Air Systems, Inc, have technicians who have all the SKA's; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities to diagnose and repair your problem. Casey arrived on time; Casey is professional, friendly and approachable (meaning that he is willing to answer questions). I had no heat in 15° weather. When I was notified by AHS that EAS was assigned as the contractor I was thrilled, I knew it was a blessing! My heat pump was efficiency repaired. I am so thankful. I highly recommend Efficient Air Systems, Inc to anyone who needs service.

Our ac went out over 4th of July weekend!! I called Efficient air right when they opened Tuesday morning. They had a tech out to me the next day. Casey did an amazing job! He was quick to find the problem, took care of it within a matter of minutes. The girls’ in the office were super nice, quick to respond, and the best at handling my situation.

Efficient Air arrived on time and were thorough with the furnace and A/C inspection. They did an excellent job installing the new thermostat. I was informed of potential issues with my furnace and they explained what to expect. Highly recommended.

I was hesitant at first because other places had messed me around. I went through my home warranty. To my surprise they where great. They even had a company logo on their truck. A couple of the people the warranty company sent in the past did not. Also the people where weird and appeared to not know what they where talking about. They never fixed the issue. But I recommend this company to the fullest. It takes a lot for me to be satisfied because I am picky. They are professional, quick and highly recommend.
