I have been working with Maid Day for several months and have been very pleased with their cleaning services and customer service in general. Communication has been stellar with the Team Manager and the teams always arrive promptly at the start time agreed upon. They also send a text when the team is on their way, which is a helpful touch! Scheduling is incredibly easy. I set up monthly cleanings, but when I've had to schedule an extra cleaning before having people over it's been effortless to do so. There are some slight variations in the way things are cleaned depending on the specific team that comes that day, but I've always been happy with the results. As busy working parents with two little ones, Maid Day's services have been a huge blessing to us!

I’ve had only positive experiences with the team at Maid Day. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and they let me know when the cleaning team was on their way. They were wonderful! Belkis, Patricia, and Jhon were professional and did fantastic work!

If you want a truly clean home do not book with this company. Only obvious surface areas got cleaned but nothing else such as walls, cabinets, baseboards etc. it was $400 for a move in/deep clean. Overall friendly, even when confronted. Cleaning crew came back and fixed what was pointed out but not the rest. Very disappointed!
