Tim is very nice and kind professional. Heating was not working over night but Tim provided a same day service and fix the issue less than 30 mins. Price was very very very reasonable 👍

After our annual hvac maintenance check, Croppmetcalfe mentioned that part of the flue pipe was rusted, quoted me a RIDICULOUS amount to get it fix, and said that it would take days to get the part in leaving me with no heat. I called Tim & Sons for a 2nd quote. Their quote was SIGNIFICANTLY less and they came out that day to fix it. Tim was very professional and personable.

Just turned on my house ac for the first time this season and it was blowing out hot air. I called Tim and Sons and they sent technician out to take a look at it. The technician that came out his name was Tim and he was very helpful and informative. He checked the ac entirely and told me i was low on freeon and found the issue. I would strongly recommend Tim and Son to anyone looking for great service from friendly and informative technicians.

We got so lucky our neighbor recommended Tim to us. We have been having some issues with our AC Unit and felt uneasy with the quotes we received from FH Furr (Around 11K).

Fast forward, Tim is super responsive and able to come take a look at our system same day. We told him some background about what was going on and he prepared us over the phone that we may have to switch out the unit. Once he got there and looked at the unit, he was able to identify it just needed to be flushed and it would start working again. OUR AC IS WORKING AGAIN and we did not have to pay anything close to what other companies were trying to charge us (in the thousands).

I was impressed with how honest he was. This is an incredibly ethical business. He knew we would pay for a new system, and he still told us we didn't need to.

My entire family uses FH Furr in our area. After this experience we will be cancelling our contracts with FH Furr and becoming loyal customers of Tim & Sons Services.

Tim is knowledgeable and was easy to schedule with. He was able to give me an idea of what might be wrong after I texted him some photos. When he came out he confirmed the issue was water condensation. I have an old school residential water chiller air conditioner that a lot of places do not service. Tim services them and does a great job. Another company wanted to replace the whole HVAC. Tim was able to add insulation to fix the problem at a reasonable price.

My AC died in my condo, called the last company who serviced it, they came over for five minutes, told me I needed to replace the whole unit for 6k
I called Tim and Sons for a second opinion, he made himself available that same day came over and fixed it for less then 10% of what I thought I would have to pay.
He is a miracle worker, came same day, worked late, and I paid a fraction of what I thought I would have too. He is so honest, I am a senior citizen, and he really showed compassion.

I am so happy I found Tim and Sons. First, it is really hard to get same day service with an AC company in this area, every time I called Tim and Sons, I talked directly to Tim and I recieved same day service. Moreover, each time I called he showed a willingness to work around my schedule. He is also very honest and efficient with his work. He was able to diagnose my issue immediately and finding the parts was easy for him, while other companies had a hard time finding the parts.
I trust Tim, and I now have a new favorite AC company. He takes the time to show you the issues, and gives tips on maintenance and prevention.

Tim is very nice and cheaper than others. But you get what you pay for. He cut some corners on our HVAC installation that had to be fixed later. He also stopped showing up for biannual maintenance.

Predatory tactics. They use the excuse of a furnace fix to aggressively sell a new furnace using scare tactics. Avoid at all costs.

Dishonest. My ac was under warranty and he told me it wasnt. Told me to pay up when I called the company they told me it was under warranty and that i needed to call him back for a refund. He stopped picking up my calls.

Be aware. I had a bad experience with this company. My heating system broke a few weeks ago. And after I searched I found this company. Two things made me chose to this company 1 st I read couple of good customer review the second one diagnostic fee was cheaper than other with is $49.
The first day the person name Tim Le come and he look at it and they told me fan motor has to be change and part and labor cost me $1200. After he fixed it and left, a couple of hours later the heating system broke again. I called him he came back in the next day after he looked at it they told me the all system need to be change. It’s cost was around $4400. Then I decided to hear a second opinion. I called to Michael and Son’s company they came and the diagnoses the system and told me to pressure switch are bad need to be change. Cost around $180. I told him previous guys changed the motor fan and the problem was never solved. After, he shakes his head and he told me even the cost of that motor with labor in his company around $800.
Finally he change that pressure switch almost now a week has passed and it works perfectly.
