We’ve had several jobs done by Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Each and every time they came out they were extremely responsive, punctual and professional. They always call ahead to confirm our appointment and arrive on time. Even when we had an emergency come up recently where we had an issue with water in our basement (due to a sump pump malfunction) Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling recognized the urgency of the situation and came out the same day. They identified the issue and described to us in detail what steps needed to be taken to remedy the problem and why. Their work was meticulously performed and the result was outstanding. Best of all, their prices were fair and reasonable. There were no hidden charges. Thank you!

We hired Limbert to add a water shut-off valve for a new refrigerator. He did the job quickly and expertly, with an eye towards quality and making sure that the valve wouldn't pose any future problems. After another company delivered and installed the fridge, the fridge started leaking, and Limbert was available the next day to fix their shoddy work and stop the leak. Would highly recommend him, and we'll be hiring him for future plumbing needs.

Arlington Plumbing is simply excellent. They do a very professional job on all of your plumbing needs and are there for the long run. We had a multi-phase project involving the Gas company, and even after their work was complete, they checked back in to make sure everything was resolved and good with us. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Limbert not only was able to fix my sump pump but he explained what he was doing and made recommendations to keep it running properly. Highly recommended!

A friend of mine referred me to Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling for plumbing work I needed done in my kitchen and bathroom. The entire process through APH&C was smooth and stress free. Claudia assisted me when I contacted the office and informed me of available discounts/promotions. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Limbert came over to assess the situation and was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was transparent on pricing early on. When it came to the day of repairs, I had Chris, Arturo, and Limbert assigned to my “project” since multiple repairs were being conducted. The three techs were again professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Upon completion of the work, they showed me what they did and explained the one year warranty on parts/work. I would highly recommend APH&C to anyone looking to get work done on their unit. 5 stars for the company and two thumbs up for Chris, Arturo and Limbert.

If you’ve been looking for honest, sincere and reliable professionals to provide you an excellent job to solve your problem Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling is the only company where you find them. I can say this so surely because, over the years I worked with so many different pluming companies; I have an old house that was built in 1955 which gives me all kinds of pluming issues very often. I spent so much time searching for a good plumber and every time I hired one that offered professional job (sometimes with lower price) ended with disappointment on both offers. This is why, each time I had a plumbing issue I couldn’t use the last company I hired, and started over searching for a good plumber. It was so frustrating to not to have a good, reliable company (that I can trust their opinion) available, especially in emergency situations. But now, after working with Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling (especially Limbert, he is a very kind person) I know that I have found that good company and I don’t have to go through the painful search/find cycle. I know who to call to get my issue resolved fast with highest job quality and fair price. This is a major relief for me.

I had a very bad sewer back up in my basement, after making so many phone calls Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling ended my frustration. Limbert is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, he gave me clear and best information on the phone and scheduled me the earliest appointment. On our appointment he looked at the issue with high attention and took his time to find the cause of the problem and the fix for it. He and his worker fixed the issue fast. I also asked Limbert if he can take a look at my gas fireplace that I suspected it has gas leak and completely remove the gas pipeline, which I did not communicated him about that service on our phone conversation. He took care of that job very well also. Their job was outstanding; they know what they are doing and perform their job with care. They are the best! Thank you Limbert!
