I had a slow leak from a floor above (there were 2 floors above the leak not counting the roof). I spent a month repairing walls and searching finally assuming I had accidentally dumped water down the foundation in the summer. Four months later the mystery leak is dissolving all my repair work - slowly but clearly there. So I called for help. In less than one hour, Sanz Plumbing told me what wall to look in and low and behold: mystery solved! An enormous help when the house dates back 6 decades. Now a nagging problem is easily repaired. Wow. What a relief! So happy.

Sanz Plumbing came promptly to fix an unexpected problem that would have delayed our construction project. They did a great job re-directing a gas line so we could have a higher ceiling. I also hired them to fix a toilet that had been giving us trouble for years and 2 previous plumbers failed to explain the problem to me. They figured out the problem and fixed it in a way they should be a long term solution.

A few days before Christmas the area had over 2 inches of rain that quickly froze. On the 26th it warmed up just enough for our sump pump to turn. Unfortunately the water kept building up in our basement and we thought the pump went bad. We called Sanz for help, Edgar was able to come out in about 2 hours. He quickly assesed the situation and came up with a solution. We were impressed by his abilities to use the things we had on hand to reroute the water. He was professional, on time, and smart. I will definitely recommend them and will contact them for my future plumbing needs.
