Cindy, James and her team made sure every question and concern were addressed and taken care of while replacing our townhome roof. We felt completely confident that the final project was going to be completed in a timely fashion and the customer service was excellent. They really care about their customers, You will be in good hands!

They replaced my roof about 10 years ago, after doing a job for my brother. Recently my insurance company wanted my roof inspected. They came out, inspected the roof and took pictures - all for free. My insurance company was pleased with the report they provided.

I had a persistent leak that showed up only during heavy rain, which made it hard to diagnose. They didn’t guess—they actually waited and tested different sections with water to trace it properly. That approach impressed me. The issue turned out to be around a poorly sealed joint near a roof corner. Repair took a few hours and they reinforced nearby weak spots as well. One small delay happened because they needed extra sealing material, but they returned the same day and finished everything properly. No leaks since then even after storms.

The crew was on time and professional.

I have been referring my clients to American Cowboy Roofing for years for both small roof repairs and full roof replacments. Its hard to find a roofing company to do a small roof repair. They also do roof inspections for my real estate business. They are very professioanl, honest and the inspection reports very detailed.

They did a great job on our roof. It was a complicated job requiring 5 days work. They carefully replaced damaged plywood and corrected flashing concerns. The roof looks great and the price was very fair.

American Cowboy roofing did such a professional job in a very quick response. Isabel was so helpful and explained everything for my roof repairs. Cindy and here crews have taken care of several issues. Came very quickly to inspect damage from a fallen tree, gave great advice and we wound up only needing to repair one shingle.
