Our dryer was making a loud squeaky noise! We called and they came out same day! He was in and out in a matter an about a hour and fixed our dryer! 10/10 recommend this company!

Just used, 'Dave's Appliance Service,' and was very pleased. Contact was made via text, washing machine item number was sent via text, and a time was set for an appointment. Everything was on point as well as the service provided. Nice guy and the appointment manager was equally professional and accommodating.

From the time I called on the phone, everyone was professional and as nice as can be. Maryanne grabbed the ball and ran! Dave actually came , put me at ease showed me what was wrong , fixed everything in quick fashion and didn’t over charge me. Honest and fair… these days how can you ask for more. They make me feel comfortable.

My Ice Maker was not working and it ended up being the ice motor had broke. Mr. Scott (the owner) came out and repaired it. I now have Ice. He was wonderful, he told me exactly what was wrong it very quickly and even showed me the old part. He was very friendly, on time, and was very professional. I will definitely use them for any other repair that I may need in the future.

Awesome service! Very professional and courteous! Appointments are kept and he even provides a courtesy call before arrival (super convenient since I am Military)! Highly recommend Dave for all appliance repair needs! Very satisfied!

“Look no further “ The Absolutely best appliance service ever! MaryAnn was great! She scheduled an appointment right away and informed me when Dave was on his way even though he was right on time! He diagnosed my LG fridge right away and determined the compressor was bad. He returned at the next appointment to replace the compressor, air dryer and Freon and reprogrammed the motherboard to accept the new compressor in less than two hours! My fridge is running strong again thanks to Dave and MaryAnn!
He also gave me free advice on my washer and dryer. There aren’t many businesses like this anymore . Also, an accurate and reasonable estimate was stated before the work started .

I called first thing Friday morning on 6/22/23 and panicking because my refrigerator/freezer was not cooling. Two other companies, my home warranty was going to send canceled or was not able to come until the following week, and I had breast milk in my freezer I needed to save. I was able to get an appointment that same day with Dave, and he stayed so that he could explain the cause of the refrigerator not working so that I could get reimbursed from my home warranty for having to go to an "out of network" company. I am thankful for their ability to come that same day and fix the issue. Thank you Dave!

I contacted Dave after doing a quick search on Google for a local appliance repair company to troubleshoot and repair my parents’ refrigerator which stopped cooling. The receptionist who answered the phone was polite and genuinely interested in the issue we were having with the refrigerator. Dave came out the next day (my parents have a second refrigerator so it was not an emergency) and quickly determined the refrigerator was not repairable. He did this without charging us for the call. This is why I appreciate small businesses. It’s rare to find someone with this level of honesty. Dave has earned my family’s business for any future appliance repair needs. Dave and Marianne were wonderful to work with. Phone communication was prompt and thorough. Dave's integrity is is unquestionable. I immediately felt at ease with his honest diagnosis. His pricing is as fair as it gets. My final cost was less than originally quoted. I will call him for any future repairs.
