I've been a customer for four or five years and I'm always happy with the services.

Jimmy hall owner came to give me a quote on replacing my 16 American standard unit.. Was truly impressed with his knowledge in making sure I knew my options. I truly think his company would be someone I would do business with at a best cost price.

We have used Roxbury Mechanical for the past ten years for everything from replacing an entire HVAC to plain old repairs. They are unfailingly professional, fast, polite, and incredibly high value. They give speedy quotes for high quality materials and go above and beyond to be sure the stuff is done right. They explain everything that they did, show you problem spots you may have to look at in the future and are honest and forthright about all of it. We will never go anywhere else for HVAC work!

I have been through 3 HVAC repair companies and each one of them ALWAYS tried to “upsale” me products. How do you know you asked, because I always had a second opinion with a different company and they never had the same results. I called Roxbury as a last desperate attempt to find a honest company and that is what I found in them. They did not try to sale me anything. They was reliable, fair and honest and that kind of service I must tell everyone. Keep Up the good work.

I was calling all around trying to find someone to repair my AC. I paid two of the larger local HVAC groups to come out and “look” at the broken unit and was quoted some ridiculous amount to replace my unit. I was given Jimmy’s information by a co-worker on a Tuesday. Left a voicemail Tuesday night and someone was calling first thing Wednesday morning and even came out the same day. My unit was being replaced by Friday.🤗 All within a reasonable and affordable price! Now that’s fast and professional service! Thanks guys!

Great service! Michael & Allen came out quick, investigated the issue, and they were spot on. Kept up communication with us while waiting for the part, and when it arrived called to say they were on their way to install. Great work ethic and seemed very honest. I am grateful our landlord uses this company & highly suggest them. Thank you gentlemen for getting our heat on as soon as the cold weather hit.

I was having a heating problem at my house. And I just looked at what was close to my home. But I didn't like the reviews . But when I came across Roxbury Mechanical, it was close to my house . But when I started reading the reviews, they were great. I mean, people loved the service that they had received from them. And when I call at the end of a business day. I was greeted kindly , and after explaining my problem. I was told I would be worked in the next day.

Roxbury Mechanical is Our HVAC company. Jimmy and his crew are the best. Clean and prompt. On top of anything we need. Do yourself a favor and support the local company and get treated like family. A.D.
