We put in a service request with American Home Shield for washer repair on 3/28. They assigned it to a different contractor who called and said they’d be out on the 4/7! I was getting major surgery that week and needed someone much sooner than that. AHS reached out to Elite 360 who was able to be here on the 1st, expedited the part and repair was completed on 4/5!! They recognized the urgency of my problem and responded quickly. I truly appreciate that!! Elite 360 rocks! I will request them next time we need service.
