We used Carlton building services for a kitchen update, they removed a sofit box, popcorn ceiling and added crown molding and updates to our bar area. The team also turned our plain windows in our bedroom into a wonderful bay window seating area. The process was so seamless and the team were professional and accommodating and no dust or dirt anywhere. The price was very reasonable and working with a honest and true to your word professional was refreshing. I highly recommend.

JP Carton was referred to me when I first moved to a Chesapeake senior community in 2017.
There are quite a few things I need to add such as grab bars and other miscellaneous items .
JP was expanding his business,but he always find time to help me . His assessment of cost and benefits are always on the spot. During the pandemic he even face time with me to check out my beings.

Lately my shower door has been worsened in the opening and closing. I am quite concerned the glass would shatter. JP sent his team project manager Sean to assess the problem. Sean came ahead of the schedule time and fixed the hinges so problem solved..

So, within 30 minutes that a pensioner I am don’t need to spend close to §1,000 for the door and labor and this is what I call a caring and ethical business practice. JP didn’t even charge me anything!!

The communication was very good, so I knew what to expect which allowed me to communicate with our employees that were impacted by the buildout. Carlton has worked on several commercial projects of mine - an office space expansion, a complete gut and rebuild of a unit, and other projects. They are my go-to contractor now for all of my work.
