I was very pleased with Electrical Techs Corp. I have to say it was a relief to hear there was no service call charge and he would give me a free estimate for the job. I had called other companies and they wanted monetary compensation for just showing up. To me, that is offensive and greedy.

Bryon Baker, answered the phone when I called and I explained my electrical problems of my lights not working outside. He offered the same day service and arrived in a timely manner. He was polite, neat, explained what he suspected was my problem and started from the main source; the circuit board tightening the fuses, checking the voltage and the GFCI circuits. Afterwards, he went outside checking the outlets to determine what was causing them to trip the inside GFCI fuses.

He gave me an estimate based on the number of outlets he was going to check to pin point the problem. Then he began inspecting each socket. Lucky for me it was not the sockets but rather what I had connected to them. The GFCI was doing its job by powering off at the circuit breaker. He informed me that my problem was what I had connected to the socket.

I feel relieved that he checked everything out because today as I was removing the incandescent light bulbs and the outside extension cord
I discovered a burnt cord and water inside the light bulbs. This might have developed into a potential problem.

I have had two outdoor outlets that have not worked properly for years. I called Electrical Techs and asked them to correct the problem. Their electrician, Jason, was just right. He replaced the outlets with improved models that I'm very happy with. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business.

I have used Electrical Techs twice for service on my home and both times they have gone above and beyond! Byron is FANTASTIC! He took the time to speak to me over a holiday weekend on his own time and accord to not only give me piece of mind, but provided guidance on how to troubleshoot a problem over the phone. His professionalism and customer service is outstanding! Will definitely be using him and this company again!

I had an amazing experience with this company right from the initial call with Bryon, continuing with Deana for appointment scheduling and repairs performed by Jason. I sincerely appreciate your responsiveness, and the way you conduct business. And because of this, I have recommended your company to others, because of my satisfaction with your service!

This team defines quality!! Their customer service and workmanship are second to None!

I am so grateful for being referred to this company, whose values align with my own.

This is a hardworking team of Christian professionals, and I highly recommend them!

    Thank you

Mr. Jason was the best. He took very good care of me and my family. I had gotten a few other quotes and all of them I felt was way overpriced for the work I needed. But with no problem Mr. Jason gave me a fair price and install everything I needed done the next day after the quote was given. He will be the one I will always call on for all me electrical needs.

So far they upgraded a plug for a new stove, changed my whole panel out, added a disconnect per code, and today they installed 3 ceiling fans. They have been consistently professional and courteous, and the work is clean and exactly what I needed. Thanks ETC!

Within minutes of requesting service I was contacted by Tanya to set up a date and time that would fit in to my schedule. Jason is great. Not only is he a great Technician, but we had great conversation. Awesome experience with the entire team.

We found out at almost 6pm that we needed a outlet added behind our new stove before we could use it! We reached out for an electrician through Home Depot Pro referral and Electrical Techs reached out almost immediately and call us that night to see how they could help! We scheduled them for the next morning and Justin got it done in less than an hour. He was professional and very courteous throughout the process and called ahead to let us know he was on the way and was flexible with my schedule! Will definitely use again and would recommend!

Steve came to my house and sent me an estimate for the work. Had some good ideas but decided to change the job and hire someone local.

We initially had a great experience with Electrical Techs coming out to run conduit and installing our hot tub. Very quickly did that sour after seeing the state of our backyard! They dug a trench to run the conduit and after installation told us they would leave the dirt at a peak so that the rain would flatten it. A few days later they sent out 2 guys who pushed the dirt around and packed some of it down. When this happened, we questioned it but let them do their job. This was a mistake because the first heavy rain left us with a foot deep trench across our backyard. Our daughter fell in the trench as it appeared covered/solid and went deep enough to right under her knee. We called Electrical Techs to come out to correct the trench and they said there is nothing they can do and accused us of planting grass over the holes!?!? I am not even sure how that would be possible to do given how deep and wide the trench is other than the grass naturally growing back where it was alongside the trench. Grass tends to grow quickly in a humid state. What is more confusing about this experience is that you can still see the dirt they pushed around alongside the trench under the grass growth too, a couple feet on each side. In fact, one of the guys said we can try to rake up the dirt and put it back into the holes. My confusion is why would you have originally pushed that dirt around my yard instead of back into the holes that you dug? The company has been 0 help for fixing this, despite their guys coming out, commenting on the long drive out, and confirming them not following instructions (because people prefer it flat) and acknowledging the dirt alongside the holes.

IT PAYS TO SHOP ! I must agree Byron is the best he has done years of work for me through the place I retired from this is why I chose to call for an estimate on a personal job to my surprise that was 45 dollars disappointing after learning that he was 2 miles away and in the reviews he offered free estimates & even free over the phone repair After receiving estimate which took 3 days & I called 4 times first it was right at 2200.00 with a window of two weeks at first I agreed. But I was given time to think and I was really SALTY about the 45 dollars thought we were better than that … so I reached out for another estimate which was FREE he gave me a two day window the job cost me 545 total. 400 labor & materials. 100 tip 45 to Electrical techs corporation
