Mr. Gerald Irving was my Home Inspector for the Home I just purchased. Mr. Irving showed up on time is very professional polite courteous and went to my home with a fine tooth comb. Mr. Irving went from the roof all the way down to the garage checked any and everything and took his time to inform me of what he found and explained how to get it repaired . This inspector was outstanding. He was patient in answering questions and explained it in a way someone not in construction could understand. Inspector was very thorough and systematic. The other thing I was impressed with was his use of computer programs to rapidly photograph and annotate inspections. Our first time and first home, me and my family needed an inspection on very short notice. Being a former framer and roofer, I have prior home knowledge and I can attest to Gerald being VERY thorough for a reasonable price. Friendly as well as making sure you understand what’s going on with your house even if you’ve never touched a hammer in your life. Will %100 recommend to anyone.
