I had technician Lamar come out yesterday from Cutting Edge who was very thorough in getting to the problem and checking out my full system to find the source of the leak problem; which others prior including earlier this summer did not take the time to do. With his professionalism in his report of what he found, I am finally having my system replaced which was definitely what was needed. I would definitely recommend Cutting Edge with techs like Lamar.

My experience was great He was doing a follow up and installing a different fuse in breaker.. He came bearing gifts and I also had him assist me in moving my old dining table into the garage😊😊

Dalton provided excellent service in diagnosing my air/heat issues. He was very polite and professional in checking out my unit. Cutting Edge gets a five star rating for this service provider

Dalton came out to assess my non working a/c. He was knowledgeable and friendly. My work requires ordering parts from my home warranty company but I appreciate the Total Comfort moving up our appointment from the one the home warranty gave us so that we may have it up and working sooner since my kids are out for the summer.
***Update*** Total comfort was here on Wednesday and on Thursday called to make the appointment to install the part. When Matt came he had everything working in I’d estimate 20-25 minutes. This is one million times better than the last company we used that left us without a/c in summer for 16 days bc they did not order the part until I filed a complaint. I credit this company with saving my children and I in this extreme heat advisory we’re in.
***Update*** A/C went down again. Different part this time. Total comfort came out same day after we requested them thru home warranty. We ended up requesting a quote to finally replace it. They beat out the other quote we received and scheduled install next week. This company is on top of it. Everything they do is excellent and every technician we’ve had has been amazing.
***Update*** New A/C installed. Loved the technicians as usual. Includes a year of their comfort care plan…not sure that’s what they called it but something like that. Overall love this company and its technicians.

Gene did a superb job yesterday with our heating system maintenance. He cleaned and inspected our boiler and explained every step. He is always pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with a homeowner's questions.

Gene is THE BEST! I’m always grateful to have the relationship with Cutting Edged to help me clean and service my home equipment including a very old but wonderful AC system. He also has helped with my hot water heating system and boiler, as well as my rental property which I had them install a new gas Furnace and new AC. I HIGHLY recommend Gene and his company.

Technician came during time expected. Called and introduced himself, Dalton was professional and friendly, let me know what would be best solution for problems presented. More than pleased with work, price, and customer service.

Your technician showed up on time introduced himself. I took him to the backyard to show him the crawlspace and explained the problem he said he would go into the crawlspace access the situation and be back shortly which he did .He came back explained to me the problems so that I could understand. He did an excellent job

Jeremiah Evans and his coworker were very polite and the work was amazing.
They also took tine to ensure to ler me know the smallest details relating to the air & heating install. They also didnt leave anything behind. They were the best. Please you would not go wrong with this company

Yes he was very knowledgeable and answered all questions that I had. Especially when he explained why there's no heat. And what needs to be done to fix the problem. And how he explained that this issue has to be sent to Home Warranty and that they would need to approve it, before anything can be done. Would definitely recommend him.

Cutting Edge Total Comfort was assigned to service our HVAC through our home warranty company. They were thorough and courteous through the entire process - scheduling with Lindsay, confirmation and reminders and the service technician, Brandon. Our technician seemed to really love the work he did, was knowledgeable and informative. While they were assigned to us this time, I would 100% use this company again based on the excellent service I received.

Kris and Adam did an awesome job installing a new AC unit at my home today. They were very thorough and professional, taking their time to do the job right. I was also very impressed with the great customer service we received from Mandy and Sierra back at the home office. Thank you to the whole Cutting Edge Total Comfort team!

Gene arrived on time and after checking my furnace, explained why it stopped working. He even took pictures of what needed repair.
He got the heat back on before a freezing snap was headed our way.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We are absolutely delighted with Brandon's superb work in securing the mini split to the back of our barn, pending final inspection. (Another company's previous installation required some adjustments.) Brandon has a wonderful 'can-do" attitude, is knowledgeable, professional and willing to answer any questions, simply wonderful attitude and workmanship. Earlier, Brandon and his fellow worker arrived promptly to explain all that they would do, and both gentlemen were very congenial, energetic, skilled and pleasant. A joyful experience from start to finish, and we would like to add that the office staff has been most lovely and hospitable in making all this happen. Thank you all!

Mann technician Lemar was very knowledgeable he kept me informed throughout his whole visits here I felt like he was very honest and trustworthy, and I really appreciate that about him. For any future issues, if any I will definitely recommend to have Lemar sent back out to me. But I’m praying I won’t need him other than the yearly inspections.
