If this company gave t shirts I would opt to buy one. Our previous company owners retired. We kept the primary technician but he left too. What to do, what to do. There are more HVAC etc vans in this region than all of Texas. Spoke with our neighbor who positively referred FSI. From the start, the office staff was very courteous and always gave fast and thorough replies. The technicians were from the start to end very courteous. I would hate to leave out one name, but Kevin the supervisor and senior technician would leave no matter or issue unresolved. Same with the office staff with David the manager. We were extremely impressed with. When we spend money, especially on something significant we want a good experience. We most definitely received this from the staff and technicians of FSI. This company is very highly recommended.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.
Bottom line: if you're looking for the best HVAC install in Hampton Roads, go with FSI. You won't regret it!

FSI helped to insulate my attic to regulate the temperatures upstairs in my home & it made a HUGE difference!

They now do seasonal maintenance on my HVAC unit. Their team has been wonderful to wok with- always on time and very friendly. Highly recommend!

We bought a home in March of 2022 and at that time, knew we'd eventually need to replace the old HVAC units. Thankfully, we made an excellent & wise decision by calling FSI Home Service.

In a nutshell, we could never ask for a more experienced and professional group of men. On the day we were scheduled for replacement, Fixture sent a crew of four men to replace 2 HVAC units.

We are so happy with our experience. David, Michael, Justin and Chris were professional, courteous, and very hard working guys who take a lot of pride in what they do.

In the end, and based on all the work these guys did, working non-stop throughout the day, and watching how much work it actually takes to install these units, I was amazed of how incredible their pricing was. To say the very least, we feel so good about making this investment.

When the guys left our home, everything was cleaned up and in perfect order.

Our family will always use FSI Home Service for all HVAC and plumbing needs.

Fixture Specialists gave me a fair estimate and did great work fixing the original install for a new unit and then doing some duct work to join gaps and repair/add insulation. The difference is huge, no more haunting noise when it kicks on, and now find myself keeping temp between 72-74, where before 68 was the top end when it was mild outside and ran non-stop all day. Haven’t gotten first energy bill since the work, but I’m sure the difference will be just as pleasing as the service provided!!

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

I had a crazy difficult freon leak…took the right guy at FSI to find it. Michael was the tech to locate and repair. FSI provides professional work and prices the average American home can afford.

There couldn't have been a better or easier company to work with! The tech arrived early, walked us through some fixes we can use in the future to make sure the occurring problem won't be an issue going forward, and had the leak taken care of in no time!!! Couldn't ask for much better or smoother service!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

Chris and Brian were absolutely wonderful and extremely professional. We have had several HVAC companies to our house for various problems and Fixture Specialists has been the most professional and most fairly priced. We have a 1920s house and they helped us solve some long standing heating and cooling issues that no one else was able to fix. We highly recommend them and will do business again with them in the future.

FSI offers reasonable services from a fantastic team, in the office and in the field. They will take the time to answer ALL your questions, knowledgeably/professionally identify service issues, and offer options for repair/replacement. Quality company and will use again!

Mike, my service technician was absolutely incredible. We are on the service plan and Mike is our assigned technician. He is personable, professional and technically proficient, but explains things in a way anyone can understand. My dog loves her visits from Mike and I know that my units are well taken care of.

Adam, Davante, and Wayne were top notch. Incredibly friendly, professional, and quick with the fix. Will 100% use them again. Adam performed quick plumbing repairs and Davante and Wayne were slinging that HVAC knowledge and got me back on track with heat on the coldest day of the year very quickly!

The team at FSI is amazing to work with from the Techs out in the field to the Administrative staff coordinating the services. They went above and beyond working with the vendor on a warrantied part that quite honestly the vendor was not making easy on them. They pressed and pushed until they had exactly what was required to fix our unit in hand. Saving us $ and headache, they really had our back and delivered impeccable timely service. Our heater is working and we’re snug as a bug in a rug this cold season. Thanks FSI Team!

FSI has been a great company to work with! From getting visits scheduled, the work itself, and getting help/support, it has all been wonderful.

We used this company to install a mini-split in our garage and we use their annual HVAC maintenance program. We’ve also had to use them when our AC stopped working during the 4th of July holiday. They are very easy to contact, they are professional, thorough, and knowledgeable, and have reasonable prices for the work provided.

They replaced our upstairs HVAC system and did an excellent job from start to finish. All components were replaced properly, the attic work area was prepared carefully, and the crew protected the space during installation.

The installers cleaned up thoroughly, removed all old equipment and debris, and fully tested the system before leaving. Communication throughout the process was great, and the crew was professional.

Very satisfied with the quality of work and overall experience. Our new system kicks butt. I highly recommend based on my experience with these folks.
