We have long used Simmons Heating & Cooling Inc, for our HAVC needs. Recently Simmons installed a "Generac" back-up generator. The installation and service of that system, true to past form, was great. We highly recommend Simmons for all HAVC and back-up generator installation, service and repair.

Highly recommend! Was able to get someone out right away to diagnose a faulty compressor. Found replacement parts for my (OLD!) system but I’m certain I’ll have a new one installed instead and will have Simmons do it for sure!

Simmons HVAC was amazing. I needed some help with a split unit and they were very responsive and scheduled the appt for the very next morning. The tech was extremely professional and even sent a pic with a description of his tenure and experience. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. Very affordable and I would absolutely use them again. Thanks for everything Simmons

Scott R. did a great job responding to our service request today. We have been Simmons customers for several years, and have an annual maintenance agreement. We have always been pleased with Simmons' service. Scott responded rapidly to our after-hours, holiday, service request and had our air conditioning issue completely resolved within an hour and a half of our placing the call. He was professional, capable, explained both the problem and what he did to fix it, and got our AC back up and running in no time. The entire interaction was an exceptional customer service experience.

I called Simmons when my heat wouldn’t come on on the coldest day of the year! While they scheduled my service appointment for the next day, they were able to send a technician later in the day who diagnosed the problem and the repair was completed. Jason was very nice and professional. We highly recommend this company!

I’m so glad I contacted this company. They were able to fit me in for an appointment immediately. The outside fan of my AC unit wasn’t working. Kevin Douglas was the technician and he was absolutely awesome. Not only was he friendly and professional, he was able to fix my fan and explain to me the issue. I called today due to our unit not cooling the home. They originally scheduled us for tomorrow and within 30 minutes called back and were able to offer service today. Tim was our technician and he was great! Very professional, and very informative as well as fair prices. Got the issues resolved and offered a lot of great insight. Simmons installed a mini-split unit at my shop. The crew was outstanding, installation was very professionally, fully explained its operation and I am very happy to have had Simmons handle this job from start to finish.

Scott Ruhl did a fantastic job! He found the problem within 15 minutes and had the repair completed within 30. He was very personable and gave us good information. We will definitely be recommending Simmons to our family and friends.

I was taken very good care of! The heat was unbearable and Simmons left me with a window unit to survive until my new A/C came in. It only took a few days and I was up and running with central again. Good service good workers.

Update 9-8-25 Had Jason to our house for the second time and he did not disappoint. Just as kind and professional as the first time he came out to our home.

Mayish 2024 After some frustration with competitors, I gave them a call. The front office staff was super friendly. They even called me when they had a cancelation to see if the earlier appointment would work for me. We had Jason as our technician. He was so nice and answered all my questions. Outstanding experience from start to finish. I will definitely be a return customer.

One of the most professional technicians I’ve ever dealt with for repair. He knew Immediately what was wrong with my HVAC just by the sound. And diagnosed another problem with my second AC. If this is the level of technicians we get from this company. I give them my highest recommendation!

Tyler, Shane, and Alex arrived punctually, were friendly and respectful.They removed the old handler from the attic, built a new platform for the new system, installed the outdoor condenser unit on a new platform, and ensured everything was level and neatly installed. Their attention to detail and cleanliness impressed me, and they left the house clean from any dirt or debris.

The friendly staff, precise communication, and excellent workmanship made the entire process smooth and easy. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs!

He never minds explaining to me what he is doing and always answers all of my questions. Simmons has been servicing my Air conditioning and heating at my home and my office for several years now I would never think of leaving them. Simmons Heating & Air is a 5* company. They have been servicing us for the last 2 to 3 years. I love that Not only do they do a great job and have great employees, but they are honest And have great customer service. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need, they are on time. You just couldn’t ask for a better company I would definitely and highly recommend them for any of your AC/heating needs.

I have had a great experience with Simmons Cooling & Heating Inc. They came and evaluated the problem; the technician explained not only what was wrong but why it happened.
I had to wait some time to fix it because the part was not available at that time, but that was not their fault. Once the part arrived, they left it working perfectly and will come back later to make sure everything continues to work correctly, as it has been very hot lately.

The technician, Mr. Ruhl, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered all my questions and concerns.
