Rodney and his team are EXCELLENT! They’ve been to my house twice for issues and this last time worked overtime to get everything fixed I would recommend them over and over again!

The professionalism of this company is unmeasurable, as well as pure perfection. They fully renovated my kitchen. A wall was also removed and installed a beautiful twilight fireplace. This company will be in business as long as they desire. From the first call I knew I would be taken care of. I had a minor garbage disposal issue over the weekend and they came within an hour. They delivered outstanding customer service, speedy service, and cleaned up after solving my problem. I can’t thank this company enough for being so trustworthy and knowledgeable.

I was referred to 911 for a hose bib out back not working. Josh came by and determined pretty quickly it wasn’t the bib, but the shut off valve which he had a heck of a time finding. A quick job turned into making another appointment due to my shut off valve having been cut by the previous owners for some curious reason. Come the day for Josh to come fix it, he’s tied up in another job most of the day, but the home office is keeping in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know it’ll be a later arrival and why which is worth it’s weight for me. I can’t stand being left in the dark on matters involving arrivals. That’s half the reason why I track my packages like a hawk. The professionalism is superb, I’ll be telling everyone to use 911 plumbing.

Josh came and repaired our kitchen sink hot water pressure and honestly it was affordable and he was very professional and fast and precise. He also told me what he was doings step by step during the process.

My water heater sprung a leak with rather unfortunate timing on New Year's Day while I had company visiting from out of State. Long story short, I had hot water again in a single day. Dylon communicated well and showed up on time (which is a rare but extremely valuable quality anymore). He was knowledgeable, professional, a true master of his craft, didn't leave a mess, and was dedicated enough to work beyond what most would consider normal hours to get the work done. I give this company an A+++ for the recent services they provided. I am extremely impressed with 911 Home Repair Specialists due to their prompt response for a quote, fair price, prompt completion of the work as well as the professional completion of the contracted work. In addition, I had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Rod, Josh, Rodney, and coordinating the work schedule with Katie. My home is 36 years old and has had to have some substantial repairs and updates recently. I still have several projects that require attention; and, I will contact 911 Home Repair Specialists first. I called about a leaking water heater in the late afternoon on 11/6/23 - the issue was assessed that evening- and the work was completed early this afternoon (11/7/23). The new water heater was installed quickly and I am very pleased with the result. The team was respectful of the property and all of my questions were answered. The cost I was quoted was the cost I paid.

AMAZING! I don't normally write reviews, but in this case, I felt I had to. 911 Home Repair Specialists is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They have assisted me with several different jobs. They are capable of any size job as they are Licensed Class A Contractors. The job is always completed right, the first time. I recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of any home repair.

I had a leak in my outdoor spigot and Josh came out and explained what it could be and what he thought it was and gave me estimates for each. I decided to get it fixed on the spot and I'm very satisfied with the work he did. I asked him about other plumbing issues and he gave me advice and estimates on other projects Im going to do for the future. It was awesome to be able to talk to him and get good advice and direction on my other projects. It showed me how knowledgeable he was, so if you want someone that knows what they are doing I would call these guys!
