We had a new pump installed and they did an outstanding job! I highly recommend them. I have several questions about the pool and she was very knowledgeable and her customer service skills are outstanding. This was done last year. This year I needed a timer for my pool. I called signature pools and she was so very helpful and sent me a link to order one. Her customer service skills are outstanding and she is always so very friendly and knowledgeable of what I have needed for the pool. I highly recommend them if you need a new pool or any parts, you will be completely satisfied.

We are a full service inground swimming pool company. We specialize in custom pool construction, renovations, liner changes, equipment repair, equipment upgrades and swimming pool maintenance.

So, it's 99° out and I am swimming in a pool built 11 years ago from Signature. I have swam in this pool many many times. But today was very much needed and it was nice!!!

They designed and help maintain a pool for my grandparents. Nanny could not stop telling me about how professional they were and "you don't get service like that anymore."

Great customer service! They helped me troubleshoot an issue I was having with my pool over the phone on a Saturday. Very patient and broke it down so that I could understand. Thank you signature pools!

Spoke with the awesome JESSICA for hours on getting my pool (new pool owner) opened and she explained literally EVERYTHING and texted me the the to-do list for reference! She is absolutely wonderful and with out her my pool would still be miserable green and closed

They regularly maintain a pool at one of my properties and have amazing communication. When I stop by I am always happy with the work they have done. Always prompt and care.

Highly recommended they go up and beyond the call of duty. The lady inside that takes care of the phones is very helpful.

Since the beginning of April I tried to get someone, anyone, to come out and assess my pool situation, quote me for changing over to salt, and point me in the right direction in regards to a Polaris type of cleaner, but I had no luck in getting even a return call. At that point, I reached out to my sphere of friends for recommendations and of those the only one I got multiple referrals for and hadn't yet called was Signature so reluctantly I made another call. Boy oh boy did I get what I was looking for and more. Jessica spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me that day then came out 2 days later. Not only did she give me advice on what to do with my situation but spend another 45 mins to an hour with me teaching me about chemicals and my system. At that time (2 weeks ago), I scheduled to have the salt water conversion done. Today, to my surprise, I received a follow up call. Simple things like this are all I was asking for and more. Sold Sold Sold; actually, I have to say referral referral referral. Not only will they continue to get my business, but will get a referral to everyone I know who has, wants, or is buying a house with a pool. Thanks again!

The reviews don't match the experience we just had with this company. Jessica was amazing (personally and "professionally"), I love her attitude and style in general but she dropped more pool knowledge on me than I ever expected. Absolutely recommend her and will be using them regularly! Thank you!!!!

I absolutely love Jessica and Signature Pools! I had an air leak in my system and did everything that I could think of to find it. I texted Jessica with my issue and wanted to know if there any openings for them to come take a look. Unfortunately they were booked for the rest of the year. You'd think that would've been the end of our messaging but NOPE! Based off of the information that I provided her initially, she responded with a few things for me to check and try. I did exactly what she told me to do in the messages and it worked! Now my pool is operating at it's full potential. Thank you Jessica and Signature Pools! Even though I couldn't get an appointment, you still took the time to help make sure that my problem was resolved😊

Jess and her team have been so amazing! They installed the cover and now opened the pool. It went from green, algae infested, to crystal clear blue! I will be calling them with whatever needs we have in the future. I highly recommend Signature Pools for anyone's pool service needs.

We are going into our 4th summer with our in-ground pool. Our first summer Signature Pool opened our pool, did the bi-weekly cleaning, and completed our closing. Their service was excellent, and the owner is pleasant to work and speak with. Any minor complaint was met with a follow up visit, explanation, solution, and yet another call to ensure we were satisfied. My husband has since learned how to open and maintain our pool (mostly due to the service personnel teaching him), but we still go to Signature for closing because we know it will be done right. Highly recommend their service!

Signature Pools has been a lifesaver! We are a military family that is currently stationed overseas, and we are renting out our Hampton Roads' home. Signature Pools completed the opening of the pool for our tenants. They kept in constant communication with us concerning the opening and status of the equipment. They even took before and after photos documenting their work so that we could see from afar. Signature Pools professionalism and attentiveness will make us customers for a long time!
