I recently moved to the area and scheduled a chimney sweep with this organization. Business owner and son were the individuals to provide the service. They were highly professional, thorough and pointed out some necessary repairs that would have otherwise been a safety hazard. In addition to the sweep, they provided the repair within a timely cost efficient manner...all the while suggesting some excellent restaurant choices. I would recommend this business to friends and family and will use them again.

Great Customer Service! From cleaning to inspection, working with my insurance company after finding issues to completing the job properly they went over and beyond!

Communication was over the top and they met and exceeded all of their promises and timeline. There was no question unanswered and they truly were a pleasure to work with.

These guys were great at answering all of my questions as I am newer to using a wood stove in my home. Santas Chimney was able to find a liner that worked for my older home to get my stove up and running again. Even though I live far out, these guys were able to get the job done. Robert and his assistants were very nice to work with and I will continue to work with them in the future. Thanks yall.

Robert, the owner, was personable, reasonably priced, and incredibly detailed. I began by calling for cleaning and inspection. Robert found that we previously had a chimney fire requiring us to have our liner replaced. Robert informed us that our homeowners would cover the work. Robert gave our insurance company a fair, detailed report and dealt with our insurance company for us, that alone was worth the price! Fast forward, this week, Robert and his assistant Jay installed a new liner and wood stove insert. They were clean, efficient, and accommodating, answering all of our questions and explaining in detail every minute detail of how to safely operate our new equipment. Robert and Santa's chimney will be our yearly chimney service, bar none.

We had a wood stove insert installed in our home by Rob and his son. They converted our fire burning fireplace to a wood stove insert so it was a big job. They also fixed the inside and outside of our chimney. Rob spent at least an hour with me giving me a quote and answering my many questions about wood stoves. He was professional and helpful throughout the meeting. Due to his reasonable cost, excellent customer service, and his knowledge of wood stoves we chose his company for the job. Our wood stove was put in last week and it looks great and works well! He was attentive and knowledgeable through the whole process and we highly recommend him and his company. We will continue to use him for future chimney needs and cleaning.

Santa’s (Mr. Rob) was extremely personable, informative and knowledgeable right from the first call. He went over and above to accommodate with my schedule and delivered perfection. This company took time to screw in a crawl space door that wasn’t even their problem just because they can. And Mr. Rob wanted to make sure I knew my brick stairway railing was loose for my family’s safety (next project for Santa’s Chimney). Genuine concern, not at all pushy or leading, but that the company can help assist if needed. I highly recommend this company if you need any help with brickwork of any sort. Don’t hesitate to call.
